The website claims delivery within 2 days. After 4 days I asked customer service via the contact page and email for a status update. No response at all. Then I tried the chat option, which told me the order was shipped and will arrive soon, but couldn’t give me any details. After about 10 days someone finally replied to my original email saying that the item I ordered wasn’t in stock. Why did it take that long to tell me? Ok, i understand. I was offered a 10% discount code, valid for one month.

I ordered a new item with the discount code. After a few days I was told this item was also not in stock, despite it still being available on the website.

I asked customer service if any of the colors of this model were available. The response from customer support said nothing was in stock and that I should check back in 2 months.

I said ok, thanks, and asked if my discount code could be extended to be able to use in September. I was told that I already used the code and that it would be impossible to give me another one. The code I used was for an order that was canceled by you for not being in stock.

Clear website, good size selection, super-fast shipping, clear easy returns policy. And the shoes are fun!

I ordered shoes and paid €20 for shipping. After 17 days, on the day the package arrived, I was informed that the product was out of stock — with no prior notice.

The 10% discount for a future order doesn’t help, since there is nothing available in my size (38) in the discounted items.

Disappointing experience, no accountability, no real solution. I won’t order again.

Beautiful shoes, packaged with care.

I bought a pair of shoes that looked lovely online. They arrived with glue on the heel, defects with the stitching, creases on the toe box of one shoe and a crack mark on the heel. They are also far too big and do not align with usual shoe sizes. I am in the UK and looked at the returns policy before buying. Please be aware that they are deliberately tricking people. The website states "shipping and return costs" With 7 euros written underneath but states to get in touch to return. When you get in touch they send you their address and ask you to post them, which for me would cost £30, half the cost of the actual shoes. I have emailed multiple times and sent photos of the defects and they are not replying. Their returns policy is 14 days so I think they are biding their time so they don't have to provide a returns label.

Beautiful trainers, well-made and arrived in excellent condition. Ideal for wearing with my orthotics.

The shoes fit perfectly. They are super comfy and pretty. They looked a nice orange on the website but in reality they look more like a rusty orange. I was disapointed at first but it turns out it will be an easier color to pair with my outfits.

Had difficulty to order and finally asked for help via instagram at midnight! Didn’t expect any reply but got it in 2 minutes! The lady was a) very professional, b) very helpful and patient and c) super kind despite several requests from my side. Best of customer service! Congratulations and give that lady a salary increase since such businesses only depend on good people. It’s ultimately people driven! Thank you! And bravo!

Perfect sorry english

The shoes I received were not the one I ordered !
I tried to send the parcel back but I have to pay 10 euro to get the label !
I am really disapointed...

The information on the website could be more precise: the sandals I ordered (sale item) are very slim fit (unlike the other sandals I have by ART) and therefor I can't fit them. Details like 'this item is a slim shoe' are found on other manufacturors sites.
And on the order itself: UPS (is always giving trouble over here) was supposed to deliver on a ups-spot on 3/7/25, but changed that without a reason to 18/7/2025 (!!?) and meanwhile delivered the order at my house on 11/7. So this is not good.
Oh and there's no invoice or order-receipt in the order enclosed; why?
