Business model is The Buck Does Not Stop Here
This is a genuine heads up. Please do not do business with this HASSLE.
Ebay returned the item I ordered but I was told to me on their end that “It did not arrive”. I expected them to next take action to help me out, and to challenge Ebay. But nothing was done.
What a waste for time and money dealing with this incompetence. I am Out $110 as a retired person on a limited income, and am Out wasted time emailing between us, and then add the stress of Ebay unfairly closing my case, due to so-called “inactivity” after 21 day. — We just emailed between us last week. So there was activity within 21 days.
The irresponsible and incompetent business model of this disorganized and lazy company’s business mentality does not abide by the belief of The Buck Stops Here. All they could give me was a “Sorry”. Not once did they try to contact Ebay to help me out. It is about protecting and keeping money.
No sympathy No foresight No accountability They play dead instead of helping customers out
When come to realize that death anxiety is what humans are reacting to then this type of negligence makes sense.
