Business model is The Buck Does Not Stop Here

This is a genuine heads up. Please do not do business with this HASSLE.

Ebay returned the item I ordered but I was told to me on their end that “It did not arrive”. I expected them to next take action to help me out, and to challenge Ebay. But nothing was done.

What a waste for time and money dealing with this incompetence. I am Out $110 as a retired person on a limited income, and am Out wasted time emailing between us, and then add the stress of Ebay unfairly closing my case, due to so-called “inactivity” after 21 day. — We just emailed between us last week. So there was activity within 21 days.

The irresponsible and incompetent business model of this disorganized and lazy company’s business mentality does not abide by the belief of The Buck Stops Here. All they could give me was a “Sorry”. Not once did they try to contact Ebay to help me out. It is about protecting and keeping money.

No sympathy No foresight No accountability They play dead instead of helping customers out

When come to realize that death anxiety is what humans are reacting to then this type of negligence makes sense.

One star is too much!

I had to give one star to leave this review but they don't deserve that. Order placed 6.3.21. Confirmation of processing received. No goods received. I've emailed 3 times. No response. Called 9 times. Either engaged or they don't pick up. Customer service non-existent! Not happy is an understatement.

Excellent service

My ordered canvas sadly was upto to the quality I expected, however they team were willing to reproduce another canvas at no additional cost. Promptly delivered

Definitely worth it

Would definitely buy from this canvas art shop again. I am a third time returning happy customer and I think they do a pretty decent job! I am a painter so I usually paint over these canvases to turn them into 3d art, therefore I don't mind a bit of pixelation. Delivery times are a bit longer but I am happy with what I receive.
I would definitely recommend this shop.

***Problem for the most part resolved.***

***Be aware.***
I ordered a Vibrant American Flag with the ocean in the back ground Photograph and a red rose on a black piano photograph on acrylic. More than $130. I recieved a Grey in color ocean and American Flag. It changed my sons beautiful Blonde hair to Brown and Blue eyes to Grey? The Red rose is Grey now. I waited on hold (elevator music) 11 minutes. Then it says no one is available and disconnected. This was at 3 p.m. my time and 11 a.m. thier time. I was able to get ahold of a polite individual on another try, whom made the entire order a second time after adjusting the colors on their machine. The second images were better than the first. Thank you!

Buy elsewhere

Bought a very large canvas and was disappointed to find it pixelated due to using a low res image. Costing over thirty quid to return the canvas so entirely out of pocket!

Took My Money and Ran

I bought a piece of art from this store at the end of November on Etsy. It was a pleasant experience until they took my money and never shipped the package. After nearly 2 months of no contact & an open case on Etsy through Etsy's customer support, it finally appears that my money will be returned. The Art Canvas Shop was not responsive to Etsy either, and is now $70+ in debt to them.

Don't purchase from this company. It's a complete hassle and the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Dont waste your money

Like the look of it but was heavily warped and was no where close to flat to the wall. Sent an email to the company they told me to twist it the other way which I did to no avail. I sent another email telling them it doesn't matter what I do, the canvases remain warped and it was their product and their responsibility but they did not respond. I had bought a 3 canvas frame and only one was good the other two just annoy me like the company.

Fantastic service once again

Just had to write to say what a brilliant service yet again from the canvas art shop. This is the second time I have used them and my canvas's look fab. I ordered this late on Sunday afternoon and have taken delivery of it this morning (Wednesday). Just hung it and it looks terrific.
Thanks once again, I would definitely recommend

Still awaiting my canvas a month later!

I ordered a canvas to be delivered to my sisters as I work and I wasnt told of exact delivery date. Week passed and no order received, I checked tracking and it said it had already been delivered to the billing address! Contacted canvas Art Shop who said it had been left outside my door (i live in a close with five other flats). Told them it wasnt outside my door!! Should never have been left there as I didnt get home until 8pm plus it wasnt the address I had asked for it to be delivered to! Yodel delivery nightmare- and despite my request I havent received a refund!!

These guys are thieves!

They sell art without the permission of the artists, including myself ! They have pictures of mine for sale and even after numerous contacts they refuse to take my work down, or respond. DON'T BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE THIEVES.

Simply appalling customer service

Ordered a print from them for a birthday; filled in clear details of delivery address in Paypal (which our receipt proves), as we wanted the print delivered directly to the birthday boy.

Goods arrived at our door. When we took it up with the canvas art shop, we received emails that were, frankly, abrupt to the point of rudeness. Here's an example:

"Hi the information on our database is as below to which the shipping address was entered at time of ordering as the xx, xxxxxxx Rd address.

I am sorry but there hasn’t been an error on our database to which I am unable to arrange collection

Kind regards "

Subsequently several emails were ignored until we started to copy Trading standards when we received an excuse for the lack of response: "apologies for not replying the your last email, our server was down for a day and emails stopped coming through" - must have been a coincidence that copying trading standards coincided with their email starting working.

Their suggested solution at this point was to charge us £10 to deliver the goods for us.

So, basically, they washed their hands of the whole matter. Possibly worth using them if everything works perfectly but if something goes wrong, don't expect a response or any offers of help whatsoever.
