All Time For You Branches Nationwide and Independently Owned. Time For You provides properly screened and vetted self-employed, part-time casual domestic cleaners to private households. The tasks performed would typically include normal household cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, washing down paintwork, cleaning toilets and bathrooms (and depending on franchise areas) ironing. However it is you the client who gets to determine the tasks performed each week enabling you to get the cleaning that gives you TIME FOR YOU! We clean your home so you don’t have to! We know the value of free time. You deserve to spend quality time, whether it be golfing, shopping, reading a book or simply spending more time with your family. After all, time is finite! Mixed experience
We were with Time For You for a few years. The key thing to understand is that its a franchise model: the franchisee's role is to (1) find self-employed cleaners and introduce them to you, and (2) collect direct debits from you for this matching service. They are not responsible for the quality of the clean, but will (quickly) find new cleaners if you are unhappy with the current one.
The downsides of the model are high churn in cleaners and variable quality. In our experience, 1/3 of the cleaners were good, 1/3 were average, and 1/3 were poor. While replacements were always found, this took time and meant repeatedly showing new people around the house.
Overall I'd rate 2-3 stars. Its easy to set up, especially if you need someone quickly. But longer term it can be more time consuming than finding a decent cleaner yourself. If you luck out and get a good cleaner that sticks around then it would be very good, but unfortunately that wasn't our experience.
The terms are also fairly aggressive terms for what is ultimately a casual domestic cleaning service e.g. immediate payment of direct debits, interest on late payment of fees, and penalties if you work with a cleaner outside of the fee arrangement (which is understandable - but its a £1k charge which is disproportionate).

I have been with time for you for 4 weeks and every week there is a disaster. Week 1, a sick call, week 2, the cleaner who had not yet turned up resigned, week 3 a message telling me that the cleaner would be there on another day, I responded saying I wasn't available, they still turned up on that day. Week 4. New cleaner, called in sick. Then fill in cleaner sent on her first day, who I don't believe had training. I requested a call with the manager and 4 days later have had no response. Disgusting service 😒

Freddie visited us at home after we enquired about cleaning service. He explained really well what his company do. He is very polite and very friendly to us.
He made us feel at ease. At first I was wondering why he wanted to see us. He reassured us to find a cleaner that matches our needs. And we are very happy for the young lady he sent us to clean our home. He is transparent in his dealing with us. He is a good communicator - explains everything in detail that we don't need to ask many questions.
It is just brilliant service. He answers quickly to my messages. So far we had two ladies who came to clean as the other went on holiday. I was notified beforehand and given the name of the lady who's going to come and the contact number.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends if they're looking for cleaning services.
I am just very grateful that it is this company that responded to my request for a cleaner.
