Nice, polite, respectful employees who understand the situation and make it as easy as possible as well as important, honest and sufficient.
I'm new to all this and I've worked all my life so never thought the need to put a claim in etc. But it's came to the point where it is affecting my work so with good advice I've gone ahead and Fletchers put me at ease and made me feel OK about it.
