Packing was terrible working at a mail order company myself we would never send anything like that out , also the stands had come away at one end so had to tap them back in myself.Didn’t complain as it had to go straight away for a birthday present

We couldn't have been happier with our experience with the Laser Boutique! The quality of the engraved wooden pocket knife and multi tool was excellent, especially for the price. The engraving itself was perfect and the recipient was over the moon. We paid slightly extra for the faster delivery and it was with us, well packaged, within days as promised. It would be helpful to consider that if you are looking for a 'professional heavy duty' multi tool like a leatherman, then you need to be prepared to pay the price for one of those. But if you are looking for something of good quality, much lower price, that will be useful and also more personalised, than this is the way to go!

This was a gift for my daughter who just qualified as a paediatric nurse I bought a gift box to put the watch in but unfortunately the box is too big for the gift to fit into the velvety slots to hold the watch securely the slots to insert at the edge of each side of the watch are too far apart to hold each side of the top of the watch so buying the box was a waste of time. The box is there to display the watch when you open it but this cannot do this.

Easy process to order and item arrived very quickly. Good quality garden planter and personalised engraving is lovely.

I ordered on 14 August and paid for 1st Class delivery, but my parcel still hasn’t arrived.

I contacted The Laser Boutique and was told on 21 August that they would chase it up. I followed up again on 24 August but have heard nothing since.

I’m now having to raise a dispute through PayPal to try to get my money back.

Delays can happen, but the lack of communication and follow-up is very disappointing. I would think twice before ordering from them.

Great experience, great customer service with a prompt response when I messaged to ask if it could be sent asap.
The product arrived well on time and quality was better quality than expected.
