The worst of the worst of the worst…
The worst of the worst of the worst staff at work for brunch.
They could not care less about the place and the customers.
The staffs presence filled the atmosphere with negativity.
We were seated and waited 15 minutes before being serviced for our brunch order. There were only 4 other tables eating there.
No smiles, no positivity or anything from the waiter. She clearly hated her job.
After she messed up the order big time, we decided to cancel, which they luckily accepted.
We paid for the drinks and saw their miserable faces for the last time ever.
Spain and Madrid has so many wonderful places to offer, and you feel great. This is not one of them.
The staff, waiters and service was horrible.
Maybe the kitchen staff is good.
