My husband and I researched a lot of BNB Leverage’s competitive set before we made the decision to join them. We made the right decision because they practice what they preach!

Their done for you model is legit!

Yes, they have a manageable amount of required coursework to educate you on everything you need to know to be successful but the real value for us is the team of experts who research properties, fully vet them, negotiate with the landlords, and create the right short term rental terms to include in the lease addendum. In addition, they share expected profitability for the property you’ll sign a lease for!

A lot of the other programs we researched charge the same or more BUT they don’t have a team of experts guiding you. The other programs charge you big bucks for canned pre-recorded classes and templates.

In addition to finding your property, BNB Leverage sets up your AirBnB listing for you and you can pay extra to have one of their super talented designers furnish and design your property. They even put us in touch with a credit card expert who helped us qualify for a 0% interest card with a $51,000 credit limit (with no fee).

They also teach you how to remotely manage your property by hiring the right team so you can still do your day job (if you want to).

Last but not least, there are live coaching calls twice a week if you want to call in for help AND a private Facebook group where other BNB Leverage hosts share tips, tricks, help needed and success stories with each other.

We’re so happy with them that we’re already signed up for three properties! One went live last month, the second will go live this month and hopefully the third will go live next month!

This company operates dishonestly, making promises they never fulfill. The salespeople assure exceptional results but fail to deliver on any of their commitments. Be cautious with your money, as they will pressure you into spending thousands and continue asking for more. Avoid this company to protect your hard-earned income.
