The 1% BNB is a done-for-you service for short-term rental owners. We find the property, launch it, and run it. We research the markets and underwrite every candidate on what it will actually earn, so you see the pro forma before you buy. Our design team turns the house into a destination, we build and price the listing, and we run it as your co-host — guest communication, booking, cleaning, maintenance, pricing, and owner reporting. More than 600 properties designed and launched nationwide since March 2022. 70% of our owners reach Airbnb Superhost status within 2 quarters. The 1% BNB is built for investment-minded short-term rental owners who buy to hold.
