This is the worst company ever

This is the worst company ever. There are many lawsuits against this company because they are a scam. The “manager” got my phone call and promised me that his wife died a few years ago, he felt bad I had a stroke and ensured me my move wouldn’t cost more than 2k total, including packing, shipping, unloading and materials. The day of the move after they collected $900, another company shows up. I’m already gone out of state, then I cannot get ahold of this company, but the other company says all of that was a lie we need more money but only another 1900 total for it all. I agree but am now hesitant. I agree to write a check, but said I will not agree to cash it until they arrive with my stuff. Weeks go by, they cannot tell me where my stuff is let alone when I’ll get it. Then out of the blue they call me and say we won’t deliever your stuff until you pay us another 2k. Meanwhile they cashed my check and used another banks back of check to deposit my check. This time they want cash or cashier check. They show up, stuff damaged, stole 3500 between both companies now but says they will not unload it without the 2k cashier check in their hand. I had no choice but pay them because all my stuff was right there in a truck outside my house after weeks of never knowing I would see my stuff. I filed a complaint with my bank, both attorney generals, yelp and many people reached out saying the same thing happened to them. They are all a scam and have many reviews of doing this same thing to every single costumer. DO NOT USE this company. One day they will go down for doing this to so many people because many of them hired lawyers to get their money back for scamming them out of thousands of dollars.

BEWARE...BAIT AND SWITCH

BEWARE...BAIT AND SWITCH!
I have no idea how they have a 5-star rating.

1. 3 Brothers did not do the move, they contracted with another moving company - they did not disclose that information. During the reservation, they told me that "their employees" were drug tested and background checks completed. However, their employees did not show up for the move.

2. We did a comprehensive video walk-through when booking of all the items that would be moved and the price was set, to include items in a storage unit. However, when the "movers" arrived they told me that I had too much and that I would have to pay an additional $2,200 on the spot.

3. On the day of pick-up, the movers were scheduled to arrive between 8 am and 10 am - but did not arrive until 12:30 pm and never contacted us that they would be late. This caused a huge amount of stress; I had two friends with me so we could clean the apartment after the move so we sat for five hours waiting on the movers. On the day of delivery, they set the time frame for delivery between 7 am and 9 am but did not arrive until after 10:30 am.

4. The movers refused to pack the dresser mirrors or TV without additional cost - all packing was covered in the contract. We removed the mirrors from the dressers and packed them ourselves - but I didn't get money back for that. We put the TV in my car, they were contracted to move it, but I did not get reimbursed for that.

Run.

Choose anyone else. I was contacted by Joseph G. He’s an excellent salesperson, truly the shadiest in the business! He told me that the company had a truck in my state and they would not be brokering out my particular move, he told me my contract was binding and the price would not be exceeded, that the movers would be bringing only my shipment, would be coming straight to my state and would take 3-5 business days to arrive. When I addressed the numerous terrible reviews, he brushed them under the rug, blaming customer negligence. That should have been the ultimate red flag, but with a binding contract (he put in the price, amount of items to be moved, included that the movers were not to have access to my belongings during transit, and the estimated arrival date) I figured I was relatively safe. Day of the move, a group of random guys in an unmarked truck arrived, and up charged me by $1000. I told Joe we would have between 20-30 large boxes, he let me know he could not choose the size and write that we had 40 boxes just in case, and I was up charged regardless. When I called the customer service department to try and cancel, the person that answered just laughed, told me the was no way I would get my $1000 deposit back, and hung up on me. The movers elected to repackage some of our items, after complimenting how thorough we were in packing our belongings, coincidentally these were the only things broken. They then left without explaining when the move would arrive or any other details, despite my asking. I called the movers for an update after 10 days, and was told my belongings were sitting in a storage unit, while they waited on a truck. After this call, the movers blocked my number so I had no one to get in touch with. My belongings showed up after three weeks, the driver came in an eighteen wheel semi truck, and threatened to charge up another $1000 because he couldn’t turn around his semi truck. We were forced to Zelle multiple different companies including 1st Start Movers, Dependable Moving, and Adam’s moving and Storage. They only had one mover there to help (who was wonderful, our best interaction throughout the experience), and when he finished doing everything by himself, the driver came upstairs to complain about his tip (after sitting in the truck watching the mover break his back by himself). Both of our tv’s were broken, everything in the box the movers packaged is destroyed, several high value items are missing, and because the movers operated under four different “sister companies” no one will return my calls or my money. Do yourself a favor, rent a u-haul and do it yourself, or search for a local moving company. Do not hire these Florida based scammers.

I appreciate your feedback and apologize for any dissatisfaction you may have experienced during your recent move. At our company, we strive to ensure transparency and clarity in our processes to provide our customers with accurate pricing and reliable service.

To address your concerns, we request detailed inventories from our customers as the size of the inventory directly influences the overall cost of the move. Your quoted price is based on the total volume and may include additional charges such as packing services. Upon reviewing the records from your move, it was noted that you disclosed 51 pieces during the inventory process. However, the driver recorded 116 pieces on the inventory list during pickup. Additionally, the only packing supplies documented are 2 TV boxes.

We want to assist you in resolving any issues related to damaged items. Our records indicate no request to file a claim for damaged items with the carrier`s insurance. To expedite this process, we kindly urge you to reach out to our customer service department promptly. It is essential to initiate this procedure within a specific timeframe from the delivery date.

Regarding cancellation requests, our policy requires them to be completed within 72 hours from the time of booking, unless it falls within 5 business days of the move date. This timeframe ensures eligibility for a refund of the deposit. We emphasize that our cancellation policy is explained and disclosed both during the booking process and on our website.

The driver, at the time of pickup, requested a First Available Delivery Date and provided a delivery disclosure detailing the anticipated timeframe for delivery. It`s important to note that the companies you mentioned are sister companies under the same main umbrella corporation. The final segment of your move was handled by a separate leg of our organization.

We value your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the claims process and discuss any further details regarding your move.

Do not use

Do not use. Scam. As others have said, I received a quote (based on cubic feet, which apparently is illegal), and paid a deposit by e-check which was described as refundable in 72 hours. They did not mention they are a broker. I then received a bill of lading with fine print indicating they would subcontract the job to a mover with horrible reviews under state investigation. I notified in writing I wanted to cancel within the 72 hours and got a message they would “send the refund to accounting!” Never responded to another message. Stole my deposit. Hope this avoids someone else experiencing the same fraud.

I was given a very attractive price for…

I was given a very attractive price for a move and the gentleman I spoke to was friendly and appeared to give me a good deal. The red flag came when I was asked to give them a $2000 deposit, and digitally sign an e-check. At the time, I was in a narrow window to get a moving company hired. So I signed, but then got nervous, did a bit more research and found out that they are a broker, not a moving company. Plus, serendipitously, got a call from our realtor saying an issue had arisen with the sale of our home and we would need to put things on hold for awhile. So I called right back and spoke with Nick, I think. He called into question the fact that i was lying about the house sale not going through and that because of the reviews I had read, that was the reason I cancelled. He was snarky and rude. I said I just wanted to cancel and he assured me the e-check I just signed would not be cashed. I called my bank to alert them to the issue and to stop payment on the check. All was well for two weeks, then I got an email from Sarah in the same company saying I needed to sign the bill of lading, and I responded that we had put our move on hold, and would no longer need their services. Yesterday I checked my back account, and the e-check has indeed been signed and cashed. So am working with my bank, who will report them, as I will do too, with BBB and the Florida state attorney general's office. STAY AWAY FROM 3 BROTHERS! Scammers, liars, cheats.

Update: The reply from 3brothers is yet another LIE! There has been NO refund to my bank account from them as of this date December 23, 2023. 😡 MY bank kindly refunded money to my account based on 3brothers fraudulent activity, but nothing from 3brothers to rectify their unscrupulous and dishonest methods. My review stands. There needs to be a refund from 3Brothers to my account so I can refund the bank. 3Brothers still has $2000 that doesn’t belong to them😡

Mike,

I sincerely regret to learn of your recent experience with 3 Brothers, and I appreciate the opportunity to thoroughly review your file. It's essential to clarify that, during the booking process, we emphasize the importance of providing an accurate inventory of items to be moved. The cost of the move is intricately tied to the space occupied within the truck, and our initial understanding was based on the inventory of 41 items that you provided.

Upon the arrival of the movers, it was identified that there were actually 80 items to be moved, significantly increasing the cubic feet within the truck that needed to be allocated. This adjustment in volume also necessitated additional packing supplies to ensure the safe transportation of your items. Unfortunately, without a comprehensive understanding of the complete scope of the items during the booking, it becomes challenging for 3 Brothers Moving & Storage to provide a completely accurate inventory and estimate.

I genuinely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding of the factors that contribute to the accuracy of our estimates.

Avery,
I'm truly sorry for the challenges you faced during your move. I want to take a moment to clarify that the increase in price at the time of pickup was a result of the additional space and packing supplies required to ensure the safe transportation of your belongings. It was crucial for us to accurately reflect the scope of the work to be completed.

In addition to these adjustments, I understand there was an issue regarding the availability of funds for both the revised and original estimates on the day of pickup and delivery. We genuinely wish there were alternative solutions, but regrettably, our options were limited without the necessary funds for the move.

As you've been informed by our customer service team, the agreed-upon funds have been submitted for release back to you. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out directly to our customer service team. We are here to assist you and address any additional inquiries you may have.

Kelsey,
I appreciate your patience as we address your concerns about the delivery timeline. To clarify, the First Available Delivery date signifies the earliest date you are available for delivery, and the delivery window commences from that point. It's important to note that a guaranteed delivery date wasn't selected during the booking process, as we refrain from offering 100% guaranteed delivery dates due to various logistical factors that may arise and potentially cause delays.

In reviewing the timeline, it was documented three days after the completion of your pickup that your items were scheduled for loading within the subsequent two days. Following your follow-up call two days later, you were informed that the loading process for delivery was in progress. However, it's crucial to consider that our drivers operate under specific regulations regarding their driving hours, and covering the 1800-mile distance for your move requires careful planning.

In accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines for a move of 1800 miles, the earliest possible delivery timeframe is estimated to be four business days from the date of loading. This timeline accounts for the limitations on driving hours to ensure the safety of our drivers and the secure transportation of your belongings.

I understand the anticipation associated with the delivery of your items, and I assure you that we are doing our utmost to adhere to the stipulated timeline. If you have any further inquiries or if there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out.

BEWARE OF THIS MOVING COMPANY

BEWARE OF THIS MOVING COMPANY! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

When we first contacted 3 Brothers Moving & Storage and arranged a preliminary move date, we expressed our concern that the sale of our home had not been finalized and that we needed flexibility if we needed to cancel. Nicholis Moretti, who claimed to be the “man in charge” (who we have come to find out is a mere representative) assured us that this would not be an issue and that we could move the date or cancel without penalty. To further give us comfort, we conferenced in my husband (a lawyer) on the call where Nick said the same. Nick even went on to say that although the cancellation says X, he was in charge, and we could cancel anytime if need be. After we were both convinced that there was no risk in cancellation and that Nick was the man in charge, we offered to provide a credit card number for the deposit. Nick said that they don't take credit cards because in the past, they had been frauded by people who had completed a move, didn't pay, and cancelled their credit cards. Because of that, Nick asked us for payment directly from our checking account. Innocently, we thought that their business was reputable, that Nick was able to keep his word, and that they wouldn't attempt to STEAL our money.
Unfortunately, for no fault of ours, our buyer pulled out of our deal, and we immediately contacted Nick to cancel our move. He instructed me to contact customer service via text and passed me off. What happened to being “the man in charge” who would take care of us? After numerous emails, Sarah in customer service denied our refund and another associate told me that not only we would not receive a refund, we also could not use it for any future moves. They basically STOLE $1,300 from us.
We have tried to call numerous times without returned calls, have been hung up on by several minions who answered the calls, and have sent a demand letter insisting that we are refunded.

After doing further research on Yelp of 3 Brothers Moving & Storage, it is evident that they are serial abusers of their customers and have STOLEN money from many. Check out these quotes:
“PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS. THEY ALL ARE THE SAME FOR A REASON. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! I DON’T KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY HASN’T BEEN SHUTDOWN.”
“FRAUD ALERT! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, YOU CAN’T GET AHOLD OF ANYONE.”
“BEWARE! FRAUD ALERT! IT’S A SCAM! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.”
In addition, they have received 18 complaints to the Better Business Bureau in 2023 (and they only have opened for business since 2021.

We will be taking legal action, as well as reporting their FRAUDULATE behavior to the following organizations: Google, Yelp, Facebook, Better Business Bureau, Winter Park Maitland Observer, WKMG, Move.org, Mymovingreviews, Trustpilot, etc. and are informing local realtors to communicate to their clients to stay away from these frauds. Please know that you have been warned. STAY AWAY!

Dear Cari,

I sincerely regret any disappointment you may be experiencing regarding the refund situation. I want to acknowledge that the representative you worked with made efforts to accommodate your needs by extending the cancellation period beyond the standard 72 hours to a full week. Despite this extension, I understand that your refund request was submitted on the 3rd of November, which falls outside of the extended window.

I genuinely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately, due to the timing of the request, it does not align with the established timeline for refund eligibility. I appreciate your understanding of the constraints within which we operate and hope we can find other ways to address your concerns moving forward.

I DO NOT recommend using 3 Brothers…

I DO NOT recommend using 3 Brothers Moving & Storage. It's a bait and switch team. First, I specifically asked at the outset were they acting as a broker and would ultimately farm out the project to another mover. They said they made their own moves and the property would arrive in 7 days. Those ultimately turned out to be lies. They got an extravagant service fee and then had some other mover do the job, something which I would have never paid them for, and now the new mover says furniture arrival in up to 21 days. Furthermore, 3 Brothers did not even return phone calls and an email in response to my inquiries the day before the new mover showed up. They also totally underestimated my ultimate charges, and the Mover they had contact me, Brooklyn Moving, Inc., did not contact me until the morning of the actual move, and reviews show
Brooklyn Moving has a terrible history of stolen customer items in transit according to reviews. They came up with hidden or excessive fees, and this nightmare will have its outcome by the end of November it seems. I stand behind this assessment.
Possibly more to come here once, if ever, my furniture arrives. DO NOT USE 3 BROTHERS and I stand behind this!

THEIR A SCAM. Scott called speaking like they’re moving our stuff, and turns out they are a broker.
They sent another trash moving company, that made made it look like they filled the whole truck. The people that moved our items were not professional movers, they were 2 random guys, they didn’t bring our couch in, broke some
Items because they kept dropping them, broke light fixtures in house, stole a gold chain. DO NOT USE THEM, im going on every review I can, I even ordered post cards to mail out in Texas to not use these people. They deserve to go out of business.

Loulou,

I sincerely regret any dissatisfaction you may have experienced regarding the charges, but it is imperative for us to charge based on the space occupied within the truck, as per our established policy. Upon thorough examination of the images depicting the measured items you supplied, it is evident that the charged space accurately corresponds to the dimensions of the items in question.

Regarding the accusations of theft that you have raised, I want to emphasize that we view such allegations with utmost gravity. Prior to your review, there were no recorded instances of you reporting any potential theft. We take these concerns seriously, and in order to address the issue comprehensively, we are in the process of reaching out to the Adams to share your statement with them for further clarification and resolution. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and rest assured that we are actively investigating to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

This is a broker company, not a moving company. They do no due diligence on the companies they broker you out to and will not take responsibility for any issues you have with the carrier. My move was from TX to SC. I don't have enough space to write all the issues I had with this move so this is only a summary!

• Upon my search for movers, I received a call from Scott, who was misleading to say the least. The notion that he would be a part of the process from the time of booking until items are delivered is the furthest thing from the truth. Once my initial deposit was received, I spoke with him only once (t3 days prior to my move), despite phone calls and emails sent. I am not sure why they ask you for a pickup date and delivery date when the company they broker you out to will remind you that they have 21 days from the date of pick-up to deliver your items.
• I would also suggest obtaining a copy of every document signed at the time signed. If it is not saved, the link will no longer be available once items are picked up.
• I am very interested in speaking to those who received 5-star service to confirm if those persons have verified services. If you go to mymovingreviews.com site, they have a disclosure that states non-genuine reviews for this business was originated from the same IP address or computer.
Be sure to understand and read the contract in detail.
Do not plan your moving details based upon when the driver is supposed to pick up and deliver because it will not be accurate. Both pickup and delivery was late and did not arrive on the scheduled day. It took me 3 weeks of frustration after delivery to get reimbursed for a tv that was initially lost then damaged. 3 Brothers will argue that they are just the broker, but this is not how they sell the service to you. The customer service manager is unprofessional and will try to argue some points but won't recognize the fact that the salesman Scott misled me and did not return my calls or emails. I have never dealt with such a business and would not recommend them to move a doghouse!

During the booking process, we transparently disclose our role as a broker and our collaboration with a network of specific carriers. We sincerely regret any inconvenience you may have experienced due to your initial pickup date falling outside the first day of your designated window. Regrettably, despite the diligent efforts of our carriers, occasional reliance on the second day of the window is necessary.

We request a two-day pickup window at the time of booking to accommodate situations where the carrier may not be able to schedule your pickup on the originally selected first day. In your case, your pickup was successfully completed on September 2nd, and our records indicate that the items were in transit for delivery the subsequent week.

It is important to note that the estimated 21 business days for delivery represents a worst-case scenario, a precautionary measure to account for potential delays caused by various factors, including adverse weather conditions or unforeseen logistical challenges. We regret that we cannot provide precise delivery dates due to the myriad of variables that can lead to delays in the moving process.

Our carriers dedicate their utmost efforts to expedite deliveries, but, regrettably, external factors such as inclement weather or mechanical issues can sometimes impede their progress. If you require a copy of the original estimate, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team, who will be more than happy to furnish you with another copy.

In the event of damage claims, we kindly advise you to initiate the process through the carrier's insurance, as they are the entities directly responsible for the handling and transportation of your goods.

I apologize for any dissatisfaction you may have experienced with the services provided by 3 Brothers Moving & Storage and the local carrier. Upon a thorough review of the documentation associated with your move, it has come to our attention that there was an increase in the number of items on-site compared to what was initially disclosed during the booking process. Specifically, there were 40 pieces at the time of pickup, whereas the initial disclosure indicated 23 pieces.

It's important to understand that the cost of the move is directly tied to the total space occupied by the items being transported. Accurate estimates rely heavily on receiving comprehensive and precise information regarding the items to be moved. When there is a discrepancy in the number of items, it can result in an adjustment to the pricing.

Furthermore, I note that a claim has been filed for a missing suitcase. I want to assure you that this matter will be handled directly through the carrier's insurance, as they were responsible for the handling and transportation of your items. They will thoroughly investigate and address any claims to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

We appreciate your feedback, and if you have any additional concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to resolving any issues and improving our services.

SCAM! Do not use! Held my stuff hostage unless I paid more money, did not provide me actual movers so me and the truck driver had to unload my stuff. Left half my things in the hallway when they picked it up and were about to drive off and didn't tell me they didn't finish loading. Management was rude and beyond unhelpful. Alanna,

Your Household Goods had been picked up by the local crew on 4/12, and it is noted that your items where delivered on 4/22. I apologize for the confusion onsite about the elevator fee being assessed at the time of delivery but we are under the impression that was taken care of and you took possession of your goods that day, but this does. The driver was not holding your items hostage as per the contract payment, for the agreed upon amount on the Bill of Lading, must be paid in full at the time of delivery before offloading will commence. Furthermore we had not been notfied that you had to assist in any of the physical movement of the goods, if we had been notified at the time we would have been able to assist but seeing as though it is now 5 month after the fact any attempts would make no difference in what occured. According to the notes on the file the only things that where not loaded where items that you had directed the crew to not load. Please feel free to reach out to Customer Service Directly to discuss this matter as it has been a considerable amount of time since the pickup but we are more than willing to attempt to help fix the situation to the best of our ability.

If you want to pay triple then hire this group

They said they would be able to load my home- they said they would charge under uhaul pods; same space. Charged me over 3k… on pickup charged extra and left over half my home (costing me 4k to get the rest). Knowing I had disabilities they manipulated- I mentioned this many times the numbers didn’t seem to match- gave them a 10x10x10 average they gave me about 450 cubic feet . When I tried to have this corrected they just wanted to add more and more. Refused to listen to their tapes, refused to fix the situation. Their management is beyond abusive (to the point my ex got quite upset / and seriously he has never been a man to stick up for me so that says something. They said they handled the whole move / NO THEY DONT! I even questioned this when I was told they were as scan but it was too late for me! Sent a whole different moving company (that I did not call directly and hire myself for a reason). I was told “pay them and use it or lose the 1300 dollar deposit) - this is 3 months of my paychecks as I’m disabled… can’t afford to lose it. On pickup I was charged more; and on drop off now (it’s the day before and I’m getting calls asking for 509 more now- it’s Saturday and the bank I have is out of state how can I get that now? They don’t take cash or debit / only wire and l/or cashiers checks- not a wire on delivery either so only a cashiers check ) That company has charged about 1/4 more on top if what I was quoted!! and I STILL DON’T EVEN HAVE MY STUFF!!
Extremely unprofessional staff. Refuse to let you talk to the management. Refuse to correct the issues. Just refuse to follow though with their words and promises…
I will tell everyone I care about to NOT use these people - they are basically a “ legal “ scam artist.
So, I guess if you wanna pay triple hire them - but that’s about it - crappy service, crappy everything -
Maybe eventually I’ll get my belongings - once I find another 600 dollars or so and unload it myself -
if you have had the same experience you should report to the BBB so they stop lying, manipulating and hurting people -

I hope this message finds you well. I appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns regarding the additional $150 charge incurred during the pickup of your pool table. I would like to provide detailed clarification to ensure transparency and address your queries.

The supplementary fee was applied due to the specialized nature of moving a pool table, a circumstance clearly disclosed during the booking process. Upon reviewing the available information, your remaining balance after the deposit stood at $2114. At the time of pickup, the move cost was adjusted to $2264 to accommodate the aforementioned fee, bringing your total move cost to $3324, given your initial deposit of $1060.

I want to acknowledge that we had extended an offer to assist in covering part of the additional fee. Regrettably, we have not yet received a response from you regarding this offer. Our records indicate no other dollar amounts beyond what has been communicated in our correspondence.

Forms of payment are thoroughly explained during the booking process and documented in your estimate to ensure clear communication. Additionally, with respect to the space reservation, our records indicate multiple attempts by our Customer Service and Quality Assurance teams to have you review your inventory. Quality Assurance checks, conducted 3-4 days before the loading date, are imperative to maintain an accurate and updated inventory, as changes can occur between the booking and pickup dates.

Furthermore, after the initial deposit, our payment structure involves two subsequent payments: 50% of your balance is due at pickup, and the remaining 50% is due upon delivery.

Given the discrepancies between your review and our records, I will be directing our Customer Service team to reach out to you directly. We are committed to resolving any outstanding concerns you may have and ensuring your satisfaction with our services.

HORRIFIC Service and Manipulation - Must Read

When I say this was the worst customer service and moving experience of my life, I mean that in every capacity. I recently moved from Minnesota to NYC and did not have a lot of notice. I had called around to several moving companies to see if anyone would be able to move me on short notice. When I spoke with Kevin at 3 Brothers Moving, he assured me over and over that they would successfully move me by the necessary date. About two weeks later, the day before my belongings were to be delivered to my new address, I called 3 Brothers to double check that everything was in order to be delivered the next day. The man I spoke with told me that not only would it not be delivered the next day, it had not even left Minnesota and they had 30 days to deliver it at a window of their convenience. I was lied to and manipulated over the phone so that they could get a sale. When I spoke with customer service and explained the promises Kevin had made me, they acted as though I was crazy and making it up. Once my things were finally delivered weeks later, the man who moved my things to my new apartment broke my $1100 dining table. It is understandable that things break in a move. He told me I could file a claim with the company to get a replacement. They also lost my $200 desk chair. So that day, I filed a claim to replace both the dining table and the chair. Having over $1300 in product loss and damage, not including the cost for moving, was disappointing but I assumed there would be a resolution. The claim took over a month to come back to me and 3 Brothers decided to offer me an insulting $75 compensation. I lost over a thousand dollars in items because of their negligence and I could not even replace one item lost with what they were willing to give me. It felt as though this was their finale to spit in my face after months of horrific service and manipulation.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, and we appreciate the opportunity to address them in a comprehensive manner.
Regarding the delivery timeline, our carriers adhere to a standard delivery time unless an expedited delivery is pre-arranged and paid for before the pickup process commences. It's important to note that as the intermediary coordinating the move, we provide estimates on delivery timelines. The carriers, who directly handle your goods, can only provide a more accurate timeframe once the pickup has occurred and the process is underway. While carriers have a maximum of 30 business days for delivery, our experience shows that most deliveries within your specified timeframe are completed within 7-14 business days. We acknowledge that your delivery was made around the 10-day mark.
We understand the value of your items, and we emphasize that we cannot guarantee delivery times due to the numerous variables that can lead to delays, as stated in the estimate you received. Despite the carriers' best efforts to expedite deliveries, the complexities of logistics can impact the timeframe significantly.
In terms of cargo insurance, it is explained in our documentation that unless additional insurance is purchased, all loads are subject to the carrier's standard coverage of 60 cents per pound per article. We recommend considering additional insurance options to provide comprehensive coverage for your belongings during transit.
Lastly, I want to clarify our role in compensation for damages. 3 Brothers Moving & Storage does not control the compensation offered for damages; this responsibility lies with the carrier's insurance. They handle and safeguard your goods during transit.
We appreciate your understanding of these aspects, and if you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Do not move with this company!

This company will quote you one price and then charge you another price! I basically had to pay an additional $1700 or they would not deliver my furniture. My furniture was not delivered until three weeks later although I was told it would be delivered on a specific date. My furniture was damaged and they never even assembled my bed. This was the worst moving experience ever for me. Do not move with this company!
