The kits are great as usual. I have done many others from you and they are of high quality. The only downside is the length of time from ordering the items to getting them. The shipping times are quite long, although understandable since they are coming from the Netherlands to the U.S.

I started running out of thread back in…
I started running out of thread back in March and sent an email. I had to send another email in May to finally get resolution and they charged me for a new thread kit which still has not arrived. The threads easily get tangled and lost.

Very bad customer service
Very nice designs, but…There were 3 threads put for symbol/one colour and one of the thread was a different hue than the first two although they all were very similar colour. I tried to contact the support team a month ago via contact form, received an answer that the ticket was created and no more contact. Today 9 hours ago I contacted support team via email this time, received the same answer that the ticket was created and nothing more - no contact, no message, although they write on their website about 24/7 support. Feeling very disappointed.

I always find multiple projects I want to do when visiting your website. I was not able to find the kit I was looking for (Tiger and Kitty) but I have been wanting to do more of the flower portraits, so I ordered several of them instead.

I did receive the product and they have a great selection. However they should definitely include the color code for future purchasing of thread. In addition colors were mixed up and there were incorrect symbols on the pattern that were not in the picture.

Edit: customer service did respond, there are indeed mistakes. After a couple of emails they did resolve the problem by sending me a correct pattern and added a little gift as well.

Beautiful products with wonderful designs. My only complaint is I wish they would provide thread numbers so one could buy more thread if you lose thread. There is always enough to complete a design but I have lost a color before and have not been able to complete it
