Absolutely rubbish company.

Absolutely rubbish company.
Was trying to buy a mattress. Contacted them and they said they'd send photos - didn't happen.
Went to there warehouse but wasn't open, looked like it hadn't been in a while. Phoned them and they said they forgot to send photos but they would and deliver the next day.
No photos sent - contacted them again to ask for photos and to find out of they were going to deliver the next day. Nothing just ignored my calls and messages. Haven't heard a thing from them since.
Not a great way to run a business, don't sell products to customers when they ask and ignore them completely.

Broken sofa = Rude response, shame.

Bought an EX DISPLAY new sofa for £150 cash deal which I was told was originally £185 but had told another customer it was £240. Not even 3 months later and the sofa has gone on me, I had contacted them, not rude just explaining my issue also explaining I’m not trying to get any money back just some help with another sofa and their response was “how do i know you haven’t broke the sofa and is just trying your luck with me”. Also mentioned a 1 month guarantee is their policy but when I bought the sofa they had failed to mention that, THEN once I replied to say I don’t think your a bad business and was still being polite I got brushed off with a “it is what it is” message. I think their customer service is rude and shouldn’t try and scam people who are just trying to find their way. £150 is a lot for a sofa to go in 2 months and shouldn’t deserve a rude response. Think they need to have better communication with their customers, learn some respect and how to approach an unhappy customer. For you and your customers maybe print out your policy so your sofas can be returned if they are faulty instead of word by mouth that they are tested and ready to use. Now left with a broken sofa and an 11 month old baby. Ha! Gutted.

I was a little concerned as I was unable to open an account to follow the tracking on my order but the end result is great. Communication with Faisal was first class and I am delighted with my shelf.

Shop Around

Garden furniture is advertised as a 3 piece set, the wording is misleading as each item has to be purchased individually, the rocking chair is available much cheaper from other sellers, when challenged about the price difference the response was that sellers can charge whatever they feel is right for them! So shop around!

You failed to advise everyone that you don’t buy everything separately, you have the option to buy the chair and table separately but also have the main option just to buy the set. As you can all see the main option is for the set, and if you feel you want more chairs and more tables then you also have the option to buy them separately. We have done nothing wrong here and hundreds of other customers who have bought this have never had an issue.

Regarding the price, we stand by that we can sell this for whatever we wish is right for our company. It is up to the customer to shop around. The item sold by next is not even the same product. It just looks similar.

Poor Service

We were offered the option of cancelling our order, which we accepted, only to be told their system has cancelled it but isn't able to process refunds at present, without any indication of when we'll receive our money?! Not a pleasant shopping experience.

Hello Mr Scott. Your refund could not be actioned due to the websites system being unable to process it automatically. We explained this to you at the time and when we realised the refund system was not working we had to go to our card payment system and do it all manually. I am sorry you feel this way but to leave a 1 star review is very harsh.

Avoid this company - their not honest

I ordered a bed frame from this companies Ebay shop on , and originally cancelled it because I didn't see their 10% 'discount', I then reordered it and was charged £404.99. The item was described as ' Solid Wooden Oak Bed Frame Chunky Rustic Shaker Double King Bedside Midgard' yet the delivery company (delivered from Flair Furnishers) described it as 'Sweet Dreams Joshua'. As soon as I realised I cancelled the delivery and reordered from the actual seller (not the reseller) who were selling the item for £249.99. This retailer is aware that I declined to accept delivery & the item was with the delivery
company, who returned it to Flair Furnishings on the 3rd November 2022 ..yet I have not had any acknowledgement of anything and have not had any refund. This company deserve to be outed!

Brilliant

Outstanding! Really went above and beyond, I would highly recommend. I purchased a brass kingsize bed frame and couldn’t be happier, the pictures on the site did not do it justice, the quality is amazing and I have to admit I was a little bit apprehensive buying online but I’m so glad I did. Communication with the seller was brilliant, answered any questions straight away and in depth pleasant replies and guidance. 10/10

What an amazing company!!

What an amazing company!!
I ordered my bed through all things furniture and Steve was absolutely fantastic throughout. He made the whole experience so easy and helped me throughout, even with delaying my delivery when I could not take the delivery. He answered every question I had and I could have asked for more, and the bed arrived in perfect condition and is excellent quality!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Best furniture company I have ever dealt with. Total pleasure from start to finish and the gold standard for customer service. Steve helped order and source the bed I ordered and delivered and installed in record quick time. Real pleasure to do business with.

If you want real customer service at a distance these are the people.

From start to finish it was a real pleasure to deal with this company. Steve merits special mention- being so conscientious as to reply to an e mail question at 7.15 on a Saturday morning! Clear information provided promptly meant I made a good choice of bed. Updating of the progress of the order was excellent and I am very pleased with the product. But what marks them out, in a crowded online purchasing market, is their real customer care. Well done.

Extremely pleased with the product and the service. Highly recommended. is is the second mattress I bought…

This is the second mattress I bought from The All Things Furniture Company. The first in lockdown was tricky on account of Covid etc but the company went out if their way to make sure I got a great mattress and by the date I needed it, keeping me informed all through. So, when I needed a mattress for my daughter I was very happy to use them again. Once again, great service, good advice, prompt delivery and always a quick answer to any queries. I have no hesitation in recommending the company.
