I can’t thank these guys enough for amazing above and beyond customer service! I saw something on line, called them and left a message, they rang me back and even though I was after the cut off for next day delivery, they went above and beyond to make sure my item was sent anyway, In time for my son’s birthday. Amazing customer service and even better price, loads cheaper than everyone else.

Since Brexit it has been very tricky trying to have goods sent from the UK to France due to customs, duty and VAT control. When I found the Jaybee mattress I wanted on Allthingsfurniture I contacted them about delivering to France. No problem at all said Steve. Such confidence! I placed my order and waited. During the next few days Steve contacted me through WhatsApp to give me progress updates and the mattress arrived a week later by courier. I am so impressed with this service.

Ordered a bed & mattress which arrived quickly. Both are great quality & the customer service that I received from Steve was superb.

Ordered a Jaybe bed which I needed urgently. So contacted Steve and the bed was ordered to be delivered direct from jaybe beds.
However when checking on delivery jaybe hadn’t sent the bed out, so Steve organised to go and collect the bed and deliver it direct to us! Fantastic service would recommend.

The quality and finish of this product was far better than another I recently purchased so much so I have since ordered , Steve is a genuine person to deal with and does his best to accommodate and deserves to do well ++++++

SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE! Telling me my item was delivered last week then yesterday and now today!! I have ordered 2 beds and neither have arrived they have called me with attitude and told me to ring my bank to get money back!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

What a fantastic company who really put customer service at the heart of everything they do. I had an awful experience from a previous company that failed to deliver a promised bed for a holiday let. I had very few days left to get it sorted before guests arrived but these guys sorted everything, including next day delivery to a remote area and kept in constant communication with me. Can’t fault this company and would highly recommend. I’ll be using their services again.

We have just purchased a table from this company, the price, value and quality is superb! We actually hit a snag on delivery and Steve personally took this issue on. Found a bed (the Pentre Oak bed) we loved on ebay and decided to contact the company direct to see if there were any faster dispatch options. We received quick replies to all emails, and within a couple of hours the bed was ordered and paid for. It arrived safely with us a few days later. The bed is fantastic and just what we were looking for, the communications were top notch, and we couldnt fault a thing. Very very happy and would recommend the company to all.

Excellent customer service - Faisal was super responsive and helpful. Competitive pricing too. Delivery (collection from factory) was missed due to traffic, so delivery to us was a bit later than expected. Overall an extremely positive experience.
