The quality of the art is good, which is why I stuck with it. But the communication process was really annoying to be honest. Before I ordered on Etsy, I sent some info and asked how does the process work if I want revisions. She responded to part of the message but not the revision so I responded to that part and asked again about revisions. She said go ahead and place the order so I had to say I will not place the order until you answer my question about how do you do revisions if necessary. Thankfully she said unlimited free revisions so I placed the order, then a week later asked for an update on the order. She never responded, but then I got the artwork another week later. But the artwork had major revisions needed because she didn't pay close enough attention to my instructions. So it took 26 days from ordering to get the finished product. Again, beautiful artwork, but the communication was bad.

Took a couple weeks, but the artwork was great! The first version wasn't quite what I was looking for, but the feedback was implemented in a timely manner and the final product was perfect

Absolutely terrible, the policy was if you're not happy then you are entitled to a refund.
So, from the very first £75 sketch i said i was not happy, and that it was not what i envisaged either style, quality or adaptation in any way. The pictures barely had any resemblance whatsoever, the whole thing seemed completely AI composed.
A very, very cheap and easy AI GENERATED image charged at a very premium rate, i could have done everything they did by myself for free. There is no artist at the other side designing anything, and i was refused a refund over & over again, being told that they can make another image for me if i give them another chance, but when i say i want a refund & no more chances. Suddenly they stop replying & I've heard nothing since.
