I bought the fridge freezer as ex display with 2 minor dents but with the full Liebherr warranty. It was accurately described, resulting in a good price with good communication and in my installation no visible imperfections. Delivery was as agreed and regular updates given to confirm its arrival. It was an pleasure doing business with the Fridge and Freezer company and I would both check their site before buying a similar item and recommend others to do so. But not too many others or the supply of bargain priced premium kit will be sold out next time. The accuracy of the description is important buying graded or ex display items and this was spot on.

We have recently taken delivery of a integrated Fridge . Having searched
for about 2 weeks we found the best price to be at the Fridge Freezer Company . It seems to us there is a cartel with the big companies in that
those that have stock charge the same price . When you ring you talk to
a person that knows about the product instead of getting a call centre
person . Delivery was exactly as promised , the fridge was unpacked and checked . We installed it ourselves , it was a bit of a fiddle but we
saved another £90 which is what we would have paid Currys to install .
Do not hesitate to use this company you will get a good price and a
personalised service .

I received an excellent service from Andy Walsh. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I bought an ex- exhibition display Liebherr Integrated Tall Fridge with icebox ( IKBP3554) at a very good price, after seeing it advertised on line. Andy gave very helpful advice and on request reversed the doors to L hinging; arranged timely prompt courier service.
I arranged for a local fridge fitter to install it. One aspect of attaching a filler strip to the top of the fridge was not clear or easily achievable- so on phoning Andy he gave some very helpful advice phoning back after some further research for the installer to complete the job.
An excellent product and service. Top marks and thanks again Andy. Highly recommended.

Ordered Liebherr GNPes4355 freezer, cosmetically compromised, which upon receipt from the warehouse prior to delivery was found to be further badly damaged. I was offered either a refund or a new model at a substantial discount. I opted for the latter as the deal was excellent.

Andy called the next day to say that due to events of the previous day, the full two man crew would not be available for the agreed delivery date, there could be a delay. However, he undertook to deliver the unit without assistance and honour the original date. He did, on time, with good cheer and valuable advice on the hottest day of the year. It would have been an arduous task, with perhaps a minimal profit margin.

Top class service for my premium appliance. It works perfectly. I am most particular regarding customer service and attitude.

The Fridge and Freezer Company provides traditional very high quality customer service allied to excellent pricing, and is to be highly recommended. Purchasers of quality white goods would be well advised to consider the company as their first call.

Most importanly the fridge/freezer is amazing

I found the whole purchasing experience to be very good. The team were knowledgeable, customer focused, happy and willing. The product price point is spot on and delivery was faultless.

I don't often leave reviews but happy to when it's a smaller, lesser known company as I believe they deserve the help (or people need to be warned!) and quite frankly I didn't know what to expect from the company when I placed my order.

I chose a new fridge freezer that had a massive discount due to some cosmetic damage. I phoned and spoke to someone who was really helpful in describing the damage to me and actually offered some other options such as a spare door they had with different damage to it.

I opted for the original damaged door and they were very helpful in arranging quick delivery and help with removal of my old fridge etc.

The fridge was delivered 2 days later and I couldn't be happier - the liebherr fridge freezer is really well built with loads of space and best of all the damage was just as described, hardly noticeable in my small kitchen and saved me a tonne of money!

I'd gladly do business with these guys again and I'll be sure to mention them if anyone I know is after a new fridge.

Found this Company in the Phonebox Magazine, I love the fact it's local and they really care when it comes to customer service, nothing seemed to be to much trouble, from calling in and choosing my fridgefreezer to having it promptly delivered.

A real find. Quality products at a great price and individual service. We viewed the freezers one day and our new freezer was delivered to our house the next morning.
