beautiful fish amazing service the best postage I have found to buy fish online. arrived the next day well packed and very much alive. Will definetly use again.

I was desperate for a female pink butterfly betta and I found one at a really decent price here.
Not only do they list each fish individually so you know exactly which one you'll be receiving, but they also list them with a video so you can also view them from every angle and see how healthy and active they are.
Upon placing my order I discovered that my cycle had crashed so I quickly popped them an email explaining, and asking if there was any way they could hold off sending her yet (as you choose a delivery date on checkout).
A lovely bloke called Shane replied. He was very polite and understanding, said that wouldn't be a problem and basically that they would hold onto her for me indefinitely.
A couple of weeks passed and I reached out again to give a timescale of when I would like her back and he was again very helpful and I received her exactly when I asked to.
She has earned the name shrimpstealer due to being a very avid hunter but she is doing absolutely fabulous and such a relief after the last one i purchased at a place local to me was riddled with white spot and died within 2 weeks of getting her.
