I paid for express post so I could get the goods before Easter. Unfortunately they weren’t processed as quickly as I had hoped. Still waiting for delivery. 🙁

Hi Karen,
I'm sorry to hear that your parcel hasn't arrived yet. Your order came through late on Saturday night, and as we don’t operate on Sundays and Mondays, it was packed and sent out on Tuesday via Express Post with Australia Post.
We always do our best to get parcels out as quickly as we can, but unfortunately, we don't have control over delivery times once they’re in the hands of Australia Post. Fingers crossed it arrives very soon!

I always have an amazing time at the classes at The Art and Craft Cottage. The course content takes all of the guess work of complicated patterns and makes it accessible for less experienced crocheters. I especially love that we work as a group to overcome obstacles too. Highly rated and would recommend for any crochet enthusiasts out there.

A great shop although we drove two…
A great shop although we drove two hours Friday afternoon to find shop closed at 1 pm. Apparently only google was updated but not website or email for the order to say ready to collect. After a three hour trip home in traffic we decided to try again Saturday morning thanks to my wonderful husband. Yarn is lovely and store was busy, with lots of lovely yarn. I only ever look at websites when ordering and never google.
