Beauitful place, exceptional service
I really enjoy when I get to visit the Cottage. The place itself is beautiful and full of fluffy yarn goodness, but the team are always a pleasure to speak to and so helpful. Wish I could spend more time there!

The website is easy to navigate. I could easily search and find what I was looking for. I was kept up to date on the progress of my order and the expected delivery date. Great range and Excellent Service
With a a great selection of yarns and threads to choose from, this is a great online store. I have now placed 3 orders with the Art and Craft Cottage and without exception they have been processed and delivered very speedily. As a result, I have built up qute a stash: I can't resist the colours and I can't crochet fast enough!

Excellent and pleasant service!
I was delighted how my online order was handled and it was successfully filled after two calls from the Cottage telling me they could supply some yarn and order the other one and again when the total order was mailed. It was all handled professionally and efficiently and I would not hesitate to use them again. Gill

Excellent! Processed my order fast and got it out for post same morning. Online purchasing a bit fiddly, I added item to cart and wanted another in a different size but had to navigate from main menu each time. But would definitely order from them again. Wonderful service!
