Samples finally arrived can't get a true idea of what they would be like as they are quite small wide range of grass look like they could be good quality

Easy to order, only small negative is the email for delivery had gone to my spam email and i didnt realise it was coming thar day,but exceptional delivery guy, the property rear garden is awkward to get round too, the guy realised I was on my own and offered to help carry, I said thanks but no thanks. He insisted he had a few minutes and helped anyway, absolutely brilliant help. What a star!

Fantastic service from the very first call. They advised me what to do before purchasing the grass to prepare my garden. Ordered a variety of samples before deciding to go for the Birch 37mm grass and it has completly changed the look of my garden, love it.

The ordering process was easy and we were very happy with how well informed we were with regards to shipment etc. But we were not particularly please with how this was delivered. We received a phonecall at 9pm to advise us that our delivery was coming midnight! And then when we asked for it to be early the next morning, the driver stated he didn't want to do this as this was his last delivery. I appreciate that but when you have young children and full time jobs you really could do without having to move a roll of AstroTurf from the front garden at 1am. Especially as I do not know where we would have stood, had this delivery been robbed from outside our house. Thankfully we have a driveway as part of our street are terraced houses with no front gardens or off road parking.
