Great Experience

Ordered theater seats from Anna with theaterseats.com. She was very helpful getting the correct seats for me ordered. Im happy with the seats (seatcraft grenada) and the sound shakers theaterseat installed. The time frame of delivery was spot on. I had a great experience with the order and i thank anna for it.

Thank John Jasso

I purchased 4 rows of beautiful brown leather Theater chairs. During transport of the chairs, 2 of the armrest were slightly damaged. I contacted TheaterSeat.com and the customer service representative John Jasso not only helped me locate a company in my area that would complete the repair, but he was in constant communication with me during the ENTIRE repair process. I really appreciate the customer service that John Jasso provided and the "extra-mile" that she showed to ensure that I was a satisfied customer.

Richard Valdez

Contacted customer care today regarding an order I had placed. Trusted that the first person I had spoken with would send the correct item. When the order arrived, no such luck.

Enter Richard Valdez....immediately he was attentive to my situation and within 30 minutes and a couple of emails, situation resolved and the correct parts are on the way. I can't ask for any better customer care. This young man is an asset to your company.

Fast and Easy!

I have a room that is so oddly shaped that I ended up calling to see if what I wanted was even possible. I had more options than I though after speaking with Clara. There are so many chairs to choose from and Clara directed us to the models that would work for us. We can't wait to get our seats, Thanks again Clara

Truly Fantastic Service

John Jasso from the minute we spoke I knew that he was a straight shooter. He acted like we were friends for years and did everything perfect. He handled the extended warranty with ease and is taking care of a small problem for me. I would recommend his company and John to everyone.

Best customer service

My review is based on the customer service I received from Andrew Singas. He never was pushy on making a sale. He walked me through all the different chairs I was looking to purchase. He even went out to the showroom and gave a real time review of the movie seat we were interested in. With that it took us a couple days to decide plus phone and emails back to Andrew. He made us feel comfortable buying theater seats without ever getting to see or sit in them. We can't wait to receive our purchase.

Would purchase again in a heartbeat !

I wanted new theater seating for my home shop online for many months. Buying online sight unseen makes you rather nervous, specially when you're buying large piece of furniture.
Seacraft was the name that I knew a good quality so I went ahead and purchased not knowing theater seat.com.
Alex took care of me very well wonderful salesman, had small electronic problem Alex referred me to John in customer service this all happened within two days problem solved. And may I mention it was a small electric problem which would've been on manufactures end,
Furniture was delivered is absolutely beautiful and I am overwhelmed and the quality and service again like I said sight unseen - now proud of owner

Worth The Wait

I saved up for years to buy my man cave seating once I purchased my house. I shopped online for a couple months to not make a bad decision since I needed something that wasn't bonded leather but affordable. In came theater seat.

With the help from Alex Osorio, the decision was easy. He explained everything, gave me constant updates throughout, and helped me get the order out faster.

Great sales associate and product.

Great service!

These guys are responsive (before I made my purchase, I'd sent numerous emails)--I received a quick reply to all my emails. And when I discovered an electrical component missing several weeks after delivery, they replaced it with no hassle. Thomas and John Jasso were both very helpful.

It's been 7 months since we placed order

We ordered a leather sofa in February 2016. It is now September 2016 and we have yet to receive our sofa. The last correspondence we received told us the sofa would be delivered in August. We are no longer getting return phone calls nor return emails. Shame on you theaterseat.com.

Very Pleased

I initially started to place an order online, but decided to call to ask some questions about their return policy and the seats look and feel. Buying seating online could be risky, if you get it and don't find it comfortable. Anna Hernandez took my call that day and was able to answer all my questions. She assured me the seats I had selected would be comfortable for the various body types in my family? The seats arrived by freight, they were easy to assemble, and we have been enjoying them ever since. Thanks Anna for making the purchase so easy!

Wonderful Customer Service

In this day and age, where talking to a human is near impossible, it was a delight to have my call answered promptly by a sales representative. All of my questions were answered with haste, stock was checked, availability was assured, and ordering was simple and precise. Once I was finished placing my order, an email was hastily sent to my inbox with a full order review and confirmation of details. I am yet to receive my order, but based on the service I've received this far I have very high hopes. I have been pleasantly surprised by this company, and will be a return shopper.

Excelllent Buying Experience

When I called the TheaterSeat.com customer service line, I was intrigued by their wide-selection of theater seating. However, I had many questions. Andrew Singas listened carefully to everyone of my questions and provided in-depth answers that helped me in my decision process. Andrew's attention to detail and interest in lining me up with a set of theater seats that met our objectives was a big reason why we chose to buy our new home theater seating from TheaterSeat.com. Amazing service!

I had an electrical problem right out of the box with theater seats I ordered. I contacted the company through Amazon and was pretty pessimistic about whether or not I was going to get any real help. John Jasso changed me mind by not only responding in short order but continually being readily available until the issue was fully resolved. He worked with me to figure out the issue and sent me the needed parts! Thabk you!
