My order was a $435 USD purchase (Oud oil + incense sticks). That is a big purchase, a lot of money for me. But I have such a deep love for Oud that I really wanted to try this oil. After about 2 months I received ONLY the sticks, which were all broken up into hundreds of little pieces because they sent it in a plastic container...(of course it would break in plastic) it is entirely unusable. I have asked a few times for a refund, and I really really hope they give my refund back... Overall My experience with this company was very bad. It seems like although they may have good oils, they treat Oud as a commodity rather than a highly respected treasurable item. The shipping was the longest I have ever waited for any package. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Excellent customer service, from communication to packaging. The oils and incense sticks themselves were stellar as advertised. Reliable good quality oils and incense can easily be purchased here, highly recommend!

Again, I really cannot recommend The Attar Store enough. Hamza has taken the time to understand what it is I’m looking for, and he’s been spot on with his recommendations. His Kao Yai oud oil has been a hit with my wife. She’s not a fan of oud — so this has been a big win for me!

Hamza is such a reliable source for the finest quality agarwood chips and oils. I return to his shop at least a couple times a year for more and am never disappointed. The last chips I bought were the sinking Leyte. On the warmer they had a heavenly scent for days. It takes years to find excellent honest sources. Well here you go ~
