AVOID!!!!

Placed an order 3 weeks ago which still hasn't arrived. It still says the shipping company are waiting to receive the parcel despite having a despatch confirmation email from the baby cabin.

I have emailed and contacted them via social media platforms and have received no response! The website appears to be down/removed now too!!

Such a shame as I made a purchase from their shop within Amerton Farm and the clothing was beautiful. Once I can drive again following my c-section I shall be making a trip to the shop!

Ordered in January. Today we’re end of March begging of April. Items still not shipped, emailed several times no reply, messaged them via Instagram/Facebook no reply. Calling them no reply. Waiting for a refund through PayPal, fingers crossed I get my money back!! Nearly £200 worth, so angry. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Ordered over 3 weeks ago, sent 3 emails no response. No delivery, no comms. Terrible service. Want a full refund. Such a shame as ordered a jumper for my daughter and it’s great. Ordered this as a present and such a let down as now have to order something else which won’t arrive on time.

Ordered a gift within advertised delivery period. Did not arrive on time. Two messages sent which were ignored. I sent an email 10 days after expected delivery date asking for a response and immediately received refund notification. No apology or explanation give. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Waited a while and boxes where in a terrible state bottles where fine

I ordered a gift for my daughter on the 3rd of July. Was supposed to receive it in around 10 days its now the 28th and still nothing I have contacted them and have received no response or further information

This is my third order from the baby cabin, and the stuff is great quality. It arrives on time and always comes with a little thank you note.

We have not received it yet, it is late

Had a few things from the baby cabin got a lovely weaning set containing bowl plate cup and spoon good quality and wash lovely. Got a personalised bunny onesie which was also lovely and fits well however I also purchased a dungaree/romper set which cost £25 my baby is 9 months and within an hour of him wearing it I fount the button off the dungarees/romper in his hand about to go in his mouth. I have kept the romper after stitching the buttons on more securely but I worry this could of ended a lot worst had I not noticed straight away.

Great service and quality highly recommend.

No prices on the some of the stock and shop assistant could do with some training in customer service skills

Quality of item is not great threads hanging off here and there but soft against my sons skin delivery was the worse and payed extra customer service also rubbish item turned up reli late

Terrible customer service made an order in November and I’m still waiting for it too above

Emailed and msged on Fb but no replies

Had ordered previously and was happy so this is really disappointing
