Got the brown rainbow jumper for my daughter for the writing to be coming off a couple of hours after the first wear. Wrote emails for the problem to be rectified for them to be completely ignored it seems. Ive ordered from the baby cabin several times before so I seen myself as a happy returning customer, so if this is how loyal customers are treated I will take my custom elsewhere! Very disappointed!

Terrible customer service! No reply from multiple emails and social media messages regarding missing items from my order, which was delayed initially

Customer service and communication isn’t the best. Took a long time to respond to my questions and it took multiple emails to get a responds from someone. My item was delivered damaged which was damaged before personalisation.
They didn’t deal with the situation very well and wasn’t spoken to in a professional manner. I am still owed a reimbursement for my postage of the item I returned.

Easy to use website and add the personalised names! Email updates regarding dispatch and delivery were prompt so was always up to date.

The product was a gift for 2 year birthday they absolutely love it and perfect fit 😁

Would give no stars if I could. Ordered a fairly expensive item, never arrived. Several e mails later eventually they replied saying it was being despatched that day. No e Mail as promised with tracking info. Never came. Put into hands of credit card company and can you believe, they are still disputing this a couple of months down the line! BEWARE!

Avoid at all costs, waiting over a month with still no order received. No communication from the company.

Borough a Towel off them when they were selling on Esty - never got dispatched, tried to communicate with them but no response, then they pulled their shop from Esty without issuing a refund. AVOID

Absolutely over the moon with the personalised bear hoodie I ordered, the quality is amazing and it was delivered within 2 days of ordering. Would highly recommend & use again.

Item not as described. Branding all over the item. Poor quality. No or little communication from brand in resolving this despite multiple chances. When communication was there it was rude and unhelpful. I still have the item and am still awaiting a refund. Ridiculous and awful service.

I ordered two Dino hoodies and one dinosaur onesie for a gift for a friend’s children. Beautiful items, lovely quality, the personalisation is a great touch and sets the hoodies off above a lot of others. I will defiantly be ordering again. Thank you very much x

Ordered 2 blankets as gifts for my nephew's, one is newborn and one is due in 9 weeks and they are so lovely! Such nice quality and so soft! The personalisation is very neat and isn't itchy or hard as some personalisation can be. The blankets came about a week after being ordered and were packaged well. I would 100% reccomend this company and will definitely be ordering from this website again.

Unfortunately I am still waiting for my grandsons outfit which was misspelt. I have chased on two occasions and have had no response from the sales team.
