10/10 customer service & products
I’ve been using The Beauty Crop products for over 2 years now and absolutely love them! They have products for all skin types and everything I’ve tried, I’ve loved!
I’ve never had any issues with delivery before, however with my last order, Royal Mail did not deliver it despite marking it as delivered. I contacted Beauty Crop customer service as Royal Mail themselves were completely unhelpful, and Arooj was extremely helpful and issued me a refund straight away, even throwing in a 20% discount code. I was very pleased with how fast this was sorted out and very much appreciate the discount :)
I 100% recommend!!

This skin brand isnt fir sensitive skin
This skin brand isnt good at all for sensitive skin, irritated my skin so much and i thought it wouldnt so devasted even though they state its for sensitive skin such lies. Waist of money.

Placed an order late afternoon and it was delivered the following day! Excellent service. Products are great too. Converted some of my points to a voucher and then didn’t use it but couldn’t find where it was. Contacted customer services and it was sorted very quickly by Arooj. Fabulous customer services, efficient, polite. Can’t fault them at all.

I placed my first order just before Christmas and the items were delivered really fast. I have since placed another order and recommended The Beauty Crop to my mum who again has placed an order.
All the products leave my skin feeling so soft and glowing, I’ve wanted a full skin care routine for a while and I’m happy I’ve found one that works for me! I have been taking pictures to document how my skin looks and you can really tell the difference!
I have had to contact customer service regarding point not added onto my account but customer service were brilliant and informed me that it can take up to a week for them to show, they also kept emailing me to update me if they had been received or not.
Amazing products and amazing customer service.
Just need an app now!

I absolutely LOVE the beauty crop.
I have bought from this brand for years and always have items stocked up so I do not run out. I currently have 10 setting sprays, and about 8 primers all for back up, along with the pore pressed powders and lip oils. This is by far one of my favourite brands and will be a continued customer. Great quality and amazing prices ❤️
