First time customer taking advantage of a discount 20% off.
Placed my order at 17:00 on Sunday evening and realised I had forgotten to add an item. I promptly emailed The beauty crop and at 19:00 I received a reply cancelling my order and assuring me I would still be able to use my discount on my future first order.
It was my mistake I had forgotten something but Lucie was amazing in cancelling my order and reassuring me that my order was in good hands!
I am yet to try any of the products but my ordering process and the help received from customer services has been 5STAR!

I’m really disappointed with the advent calendar I ordered. Several advertised items were missing, including the Ouai x Cherie cleaners, bath bomb, red brushes, and the concealer post with barcode scan. Instead, I received three of the same lip melting balms and three liquid blushes, which doesn’t make sense. I also only received two brushes, and they weren’t the red ones shown. It honestly feels like leftover stock was put together rather than the actual advent calendar. I’m very unhappy with this purchase and would appreciate someone getting back to me as soon as possible to resolve it. Basically I paid £70 for products that aren’t selling from the company. I want a new one sending out with the correct items in it

would strongly advise against purchasing from this TikTok seller, as their live competition appears to be misleading.

I received a message stating that I had won a “double up” of my order. When I later asked for an estimated delivery date, I was told that the prize had already been delivered. The package in question, however, only contained the standard promotional items that were included for spending over £40 — not a doubled order.

I was then informed that this promotion was being classed as the “double up” prize, and that I would not receive any additional items. I have since been told that I did not win anything at all, despite the initial message clearly stating that I had won.

This feels like an attempt to avoid honouring the prize that was originally offered, seemingly to avoid additional cost. Based on my experience, the competition was misleading and should be approached with caution.

This was my first time purchasing from “The Beauty Crop” & although things didn’t go as planned which was nothing to do with the product & more to do with purchasing an item with a free bundle during probably the busiest Black Friday of the year.
Lucie my advisor really went above & beyond for me & to say she came through for me would be an under statement, Not only had she answered my email within half an hour she had also sorted a solution & sourced my missing bundle & upgraded it as a gesture of goodwill, Lucie then sent me the new order number & all in 30 minutes. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had Customer Service that quick, thorough & dedicated in all my shopping experiences & I’m 52.
Thank You Lucie & “The Beauty Crop” I really am very grateful & now all that is left is to see my 2 daughter’s faces on Christmas morning when they open their presents 🎁

Thank you so much for sending out some of my order. My ordered had been delayed twice on TikTok shop (due to extreme sales and distribution). Shiv put a message on TikTok regarding this and I emailed there helpdesk. I was kindly sent 3 of the items I’d ordered.
