The Bespoke Sign House Reviews

Really good quality signs, excellent website for ensuring the design is exactly as required, and prompt dispatch. Thank you.

Very good house sign, exactly as described, good quality green slate. Nice to be able to choose lettering and size of sign. Would recommend and buy again.

Fast delivery and great service. Really chuffed with the house sign you made. Many thanks

Great product and excellent communication.

Lovely house name sign, good quality slate able to choose style of lettering and colour
Took a few weeks to arrive as engraver on holiday but fully aware of this at time of ordering and not an issue
Recommend this company and will definately use again

Very nice sign for 3 words. Already assembled. Unfortunately, I had forgotten that customs duties have been charged in Germany since Brexit. This makes the sign another € 20 more expensive.

I am so pleased with my sign. I wasn't expecting much for the price, and was extremely impressed with what I received. It looks great on the gates. Thanks!

The sign arrived on time, but I was disappointed with its overall look and finish. The slate has big, ugly patches all over it that look like stains or grease marks. I contacted the company to ask for a refund since I cannot use the sign due to its poor appearance. I received a reply a few days later saying that my sign matched the website preview that I approved when I ordered and that because the slate is natural, this marking is typical. Comparing the website preview and the sign delivered, there is a vast disparity in appearance, and the response is extremely disappointing. I shall return the natural slate to the ground. Just be aware that what you see and approve on the preview may not be what arrives.

Excellent customer service. Really pleased with our sign. Beautifully made and well packaged for delivery.

Fantastic sign - thank you. Produced and delivered very quickly. Quality is great.

Beautiful house name sign, thick slate, nicely engraved and painted. Very happy! Wish it had come with better hidden fixings, they were quite awkward to fit.

Lovely quality - heavy and beautifully finished. It will look very smart on our newly decorated exterior

I am happy with the sign I received, however, the quality definitely could have been better. There were paint drops on the slate where there shouldn’t have been and the paintwork was generally a bit messy. I managed to scrape off the excess paint and make it look ok as it was a present for my husband, but I would have expected it to be cleaned up before posting. The slate itself is nice and chunky and feels high quality so overall I am happy.

I liked the look of these slate house numbers on the website because they seemed good quality and made to last. Now I have received the product and placed it, I am very happy - it is solid, durable and looks very good.

Good, clear website made ordering easy, and delivery was faster than I expected. The quality of the sign also seems very good.

Superb quality sign, fast delivery would 100% recommend this company.

Initially sign was delivered slightly different than requested. Emailed the company followed by a swift reply and a replacement sign was sent within a few days. Great customer service!
