☆☆☆ Absolutely brilliant for children af all ages ☆☆☆
After visting for the first time a few weeks ago, we have been back every weekend since. My little boy absolutely loves it! Fantastic fun, and the face painting is brilliant. The food is superb, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It's lovely to have such a place to take my Son, and we shall continue to for many years to come :)

7th birthday laser tag party
My son has just had his 7th birthday party here. He had a laser tag party which was fantastic. Everyone who played thoroughly enjoyed it (young and old). Big tops is one of his favorite places to go. Plus the staff are always pleasant and helpful.

Always a great experience here, my 8 year old daughter loves big tops... staff are lovely and really efficient. Food and drinks are great and reasonably priced, my daughter loves the cheese and tomato pizza ..
The play area itself has lots of different activities to keep all ages occupied ... my only improvement would be to have the staff monitor the play area a little more at busy times as we have sometimes experienced children using the equipment incorrectly i.e. Going up the slide the wrong way etc which can spoil play for other children. Apart from that I would definitely recommend big tops !!

Equipment is good for the size of the place and my son loves it, however it is unclean and always feels dirty. Some of the staff, particularly the older ones are miserable and do not engage with customers or children, and can be very abrupt to the point where I didn't go for a few months because of an incident with one. Coffee's are good.

Great place
Big Tops is an excellent place for kids. The large play area looks fantastic and the 'Build a bear' area is amazing. My only criticism's are the fact that entry forchild over the age of one is priced the same as the older kids who can obviously enjoy far more of the facilities. Also, as great as the 'under fives' play area is, I do feel that it should be for 'under threes'. Some of the 'older' children in this area were (naturally) more boisterous than my 14 month old and she was knocked around a little. Although, she was not phased and all in all, really enjoys visiting.
