I have nothing good to say about The Body Firm. I have subscribed to receiving their product for over a year. After giving the product time to work (and it did nothing to my skin) I decided to cancel the subscription. Last month I sent the company a request to stop deliveries, but this month I received another delivery I again sent them a request to stop but have heard nothing from them. My next step is to alert BBB about this scam.

The products are great!
Getting in touch with a customer service rep to adjust re-occurring order and that experience was terrible. I was on the phone holding for for over a half hour and then the rep kept putting me on hold and trying to negotiate with me. He wouldn't let me hang up even though I told him I was at work.

I want to cancel my subscription to Body Firm. Several months ago I called and told the representative to only deliver the products once every 3 months. They did follow through on that request, but continued to charge my credit card every month as though I was still receiving a monthly shipment. I have had enough. Cancel my subscription immediately.
