Had no problem with engineer who came
A very pleasant well dressed man Friendly and polite

Do not under any circumstances use this company. My father is 86 & severely disabled, had a boiler breakdown on Thursday. Boiler company phoned Friday morning said an engineer would arrive that afternoon to repair & carry out a service, he arrived as agreed, cleared a blockage on a 'codensation' pipe & carried out which I can only describe as the quickest service I've ever seen. So far so good. A few hlours later the boiler breaks down again, same fault code. Phoned boiler company on Saturday, they stated they would phone me back on my mobile. 24 hours later, no return call. Phoned company on Sunday, they replied will call back or first thing Monday. Monday 10.30 still not phoned back, so I have once again called them. This time 'we will get our engineering dept to call you'. Still awaiting call. I have lost a shift & half a shift from my work. Please bear in mind the customer is an 86 year old severely disabled gentleman who live alone, he had vascular dementia & has heart & lung problems & now has had no heating or hot water for 48 hours. So much for this company's caring 24 hour callout service. They don't even have the courtesy to return your calls. I notice they respond to 5 star reviews, let's see their response to this review. I have full Power of Attorney for my father.

What a shambles. Called for an annual service on my mother-in-laws boiler, which also had a leak on the filling loop. An emergency call out was made for 2 days later! Bare in mind we are talking about a widowed pensioner. An engineer came and looked at the boiler and said it needed parts. Two days later someone called and said that as my mother-in-law had to pay for the repair as she had not had the boiler serviced last year. No contact had been made to remind her of this, no letter no phone call nothing. This is extremely poor service she cannot afford to pay this amount out as she is on a limited budget. She has religiously paid a monthly direct debit each month so she had piece of mind, only to be told the payment was worthless. I strongly recommend no one uses this company as they take your money and do not deliver their promises.

Some confusion over appointment had to reschedule for the following day but on the day good thorough service. Staff member polite and correct COVID precautions taken.

Very good just wish they had a different way of making an appointment.

Very efficient arrived on time. Couldn’t find anything wrong with the system.

Engineer expected before lunch but I had to check if he was on the way, as it ended up being early afternoon due to traffic. Customer service took my query very promptly.

On both occasions that I have an annual service, the engineer has been punctual and reliable and done an excellent job.

There was a bit of mis-communication at first but once the engineer was finally booked he was quick and efficient and fixed our boiler issue straight away.

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to make appointment by phone. Engineer phoned before visit to advise on time of arrival. Work completed satisfactorily and area left in a clean and tidy condition. Very courteous service from all concerned.

The service went well, no problem, but getting a gas safe certificate proved a little harder, as I am writing this I still have NOT received a certificate.

The engineer was well presented, clean and he worked in a professional manner going about his job of checking the boiler following the instructions for the type of equipment we have.
