The Bshirt is a social business founded by Mums for Mums. We are passionate about improving breastfeeding rates in the UK and worldwide, by enabling women to breastfeed confidently and comfortably. Our core product is a simple, organic breastfeeding vest that is designed to be worn either on its own or underneath a mother's existing wardrobe. It has really easy feeding access with no clips, ties or zips - unlike many of our competitors. It allows mothers to breastfeed discreetly wearing their regular clothes. Ethics are very important to us and the Bshirt is made with organic cotton in certified ethical factories, with plastic-free packaging. Clothing waste is a growing problem and so we design our products for longevity - they are premium quality garments in classic colours that never go out of style.

Really disappointing
It's been over a month ago since my order was created and the delivery status still shows as in transit after paying £10 for priority shipping (delivering to ROI). I have tried to contact bshirt multiple times and in multiple different ways (social media, different email addresses I came across online) and no response whatsoever. At this rate I will have finished breastfeeding before I receive my order - if I receive it at all.

Not received and emails bouncing back
I ordered a vest on December 27th and received an email two days later stating they were trying to source the item from another location but offering a slightly different item. Each time I have replied the email has returned saying the domain address doesn’t exist??
Royal Mail shows the item as despatched only and has for more than a week but there is no tracking updates.
I’m down £30 with no way to secure a refund or confirm what is going on with my order.

Costumer service non-existent
On Monday I received size 18 leggings instead of size 8. When trying to arrange an exchange, I have been completely ignored. I sent the company an email on Monday about it, asking for this mistake to be rectified, and did not even get an acknowledgement. So I tried the live chat on Tuesday, when it showing to be online. Here we are 24 hours later, and I still have heard nothing. No communication possible, it seems. I will have to contact my bank to reimburse me. It's a shame, because the clothes seem great. Is not nice to have to deal with this postpartum. Avoid this dodgy company.

Poor Customer Service Team & Bad (/Nonexistent?) Returns Process
Do not buy from this company! I want to return my items to get a refund because the style isn’t as expected, and so have submitted a return request as per their policy, but they have not responded to me with the instructions for returning the goods and it has been 5 days already. As a mother of a young baby I don’t have the time for this extra admin or stress! If I don’t hear from them soon I will have to take this up with my bank to see if I can reclaim the money that way, and report them to the ombudsman.

Brilliant product, very discreet, builds feeding confidence
Brilliant product - I live in my bshirts paired with a stretchy pull down bra and it makes feeding a breeze, and it especially boosts my confidence when I'm with my in laws who might feel a bit awkward if I flopped one out. I've been feeding my little one for over a year now in my bshirts - I only bought replacements because I accidentally dyed mine in the wash! 🤦

Really excellent product
Really excellent product. I had a small vest given from a friend and this inspired me to try a few more styles and cuts. Excellent quality and the longsleeved neckline is very flattering. I ordered 4 more and am feeling a lot more confident breastfeeding in public, now that lockdown is over and everyone is out and about again.

The t-shirts arrived quickly and are…
The t-shirts arrived quickly and are really comfy. I'm glad the site advised that they are a little figure hugging as I sized up - I think they should see me to the end of my pregnancy. The colours a nice and the shape of the t shirts is flattering. I prefer the slightly capped sleeve too, and the neckline is flattering. The t shirts are really soft and well-priced and I love that this is an ethical company too.

The best feeding top I’ve tried!
I’ve tried a few breastfeeding tops but this has been the best so far. Many open to the side but with the loft up flap it allows the breast to fall in a natural position for feeding. I am quite large chested and was apprehensive but it’s great. My only criticism if any would be that the top flap could be slightly longer
