Still waiting on my product
Used them as a 3rd party via Game, still not seen the external hard drive I ordered. Still no sign. Website is suspended and reviews are terrible. Game refusing to offer a refund until they have heard back from this company, which is stupid, as the company looks to have folded with my money. Where is my refund I ask? Shame on Game for using this company as a 3rd party.
Took my money, never sent my goods
Basically seems to be a scam. They claimed that the item had been sent, but it didn't arrive. After I tried to arrange for them to send a replacement, they stopped responding to my emails.

The cable place have replied 3 times to 10 emails. Each one says "should be there now"
"Any day now" "go to the post office & see if it is there" etc etc ALL LIES
I have now put my complaint on Facebook on the Rakuten page. They have told me to email the cable place. I am going round in circles.
I have contacted my bank today to request a form for a chargeback, all time consuming.
How trading standards allow companies like this to trade is beyond me.
I'd give zero stars if I could
Product arrived in good time. It wasn't compatible despite the product description suggesting it was. I e-mailed them to ask where I should send it back to. Following no response after a week I sent back to an address I found on their website. I tracked the package and could see it had been signed for 3 days later. It then took over a month to get my money back. I sent an e-mail every week requesting a refund but nothing. Very slow to respond to e-mails and no telephone service to actually speak to anyone. Would I recommend or use again? Absolutely not. To coin another reviewer's review - absolute sh1te and I'd avoid at all costs.
False advertising
Ordered a graphics card today through Rakuten, they've cancelled my order and the price has magically gone up. What a waste of time.
The feedback from the other forums is that they have terrible customer service (or shady dealings), I am starting to agree with them. Just wanted to say be VERY CAREFUL before buying anything from them, don't get suckered in.
Correct Item did not arrive
The item ordered did not arrive. Seller claimed it had been lost in the post. After 3 weeks a replacement was eventually issued and arrived next day but unfortunately it was a lower value version of item ordered. Seller claims it was an error due to stock and a further replacement was posted. I have not received the replacement item. The item sent was not suitable for my needs. The item that was originally ordered is still listed on seller shop listing and I do not understand why they still have not sent my item.
Awful, terrible, avoid like bubonic plague
Ordered a Arctic Accelero Twin Turbo III on January 23rd, Didn't arrive in estimated timescale (1-3 days) also didn't arrive after 5 days, nor has it arrived to this very day (Feb 18th). Tried contacting the merchant on numerous occasions throughout the above time period only to get excuses, empty promises, and ignored requests for a refund. 1 out of 5 stars is too generous for this place but you can't vote in minus figures.
If you happen to be a victim of this place report it to Action Fraud! The more people that do, the less places this shop will have to hide and the more likely we all are to get our money back or what we ordered. At the very least we can help nail down the people taking our money then doing a runner.

Dont ever review but this company should not trade, ordered some items and wont reply to emails and been scammed, reading others reviews, I wish i had done so previously as would know that many people have been scammed or at best just lied to this company needs shutting down, The company appears to have a returns address but this is not a shop, i think they are a two bit scamming company basically importing good from china and fobbing off perfectly good buyers with excuses of lost parcels etc,
PLEASE AVOID THESE PEOPLE or you will be sorry, the problem is you probably will only see the review when your questioning whats wrong with this company!

royal mail, once again, apparently lost the package, so I had to wait about 21 days before I could chase it up, then around another 6 days before thecableplace sent half the order via courier , then another week whilst I chased up the missing half of the order, which was then sent by another courier.
on the bright side, I was offered a 15% discount on my next order, but as the item (some BD discs) were required, I had to source elsewhere while I waited for these to be delivered, so not have twice what I wanted.
POOR SERVICE POOR COMMUNICATION OVER 1 MONTH TO DELIVER
My item failed to arrive on three separate occasions. I was assured the item had been sent, along with 2 replacements, however they did not provide me with the tracking info I requested so I could check for myself. I rang several times during office hours and just got an answerphone. When I left a message requesting someone call me back no one did. My emails were eventually answered, however they made no reference to the issues I raised, they just asked me how I was doing and said they would look in to it. No one called me back even though I specifically requested it in all my emails. The only time I got a response was when I said I would leave a negative response on Trustpilot. That seemed to do the trick! I run a small business and I do appreciate how difficult it can be but doing what you say you will and communicating with your customers is vital for customer satisfaction. I received my item, eventually and so I have only given one star. I won't be back!
