Tried The Card Zoo as they offered the type of decorated card I required. They were able to alter the age I wanted in every area and the card is of good quality with good photo reproduction. Mailed to me with a spare envelope and in a strong rigid brown envelope. This was my first order and I will use again. Recommend.

Received an unusable and offensive 65th Birthday card, intended for my wife. The 'Back in 1961' card listed celebs born. Top of the list was 'Ghislane Maxwell', the convicted sex trafficker. Not really appropriate for a birthday card.

Amazing gift for the money I had to contact them by enail as I made an error with the spelling my fault I missed typed they were very quick to respond and correct my mistake excellent customer service would highly recommend them the product arrived quick and every thing good 👍 so amazing service would definitely use this company again

I ordered my item from the card zoo as my daughter n granddaughter had to have their beloved horse 🐎 put to sleep. It was easy site to use , easy to upload photo, I paid for express delivery 🚚. I received the item very well packaged , tracked by Royal Mail , even the item was in a lovely keep sake box if needed , and the item is just perfect . Thank you this will be a great memorial item for them both . I give 10/10 , would recommend , and use again. Thank you The Card Zoo .

I was looking for a specific card for my granddaughter , a tv programme that she watches. I found it easily , she was delighted with it. Her mum was a bit jealous as it was a nicer card than the one she bought.
I will now be using Card Zoo for all the grandkids (5 ) .
Maybe even for their mums and dads.

The web site was very easy to use, there was a good selection of cards and different sizes were available. I ordered the personalised A4 Disney Princess card. The card is beautiful and I cannot wait to see my Granddaughters face when she opens it. Excellent communication from the seller regarding despatch, the card was well packed and arrived sooner than expected.

Ordered a card for my niece, ordered it on the 03/03/26. Paid for next day premium delivery £££. Granted, I don’t ordered before 2pm, so my card was dispatched on the 4th. That was ok as the expensive delivery meant I’d still get it in the 5th (birthday). Emailed several times, to no avail on the actual day of her birthday, and NO CARD!

Update - Got a response from the company today. Card delivered this morning, corner is bent, and issued a refund. I should have been too, as the service I received was not delivered; trading laws. Told their response was “timely”, it wasn’t. I emailed on the day, requiring an update, but don’t get a response until the day after her birthday and when I completed this factual review (not coincidentally). I had to buy another card. Very disappointed, and this caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. My reviews are honest and for other customers to see what has happened when using a business.

Suspect many of these positive reviews are fake. I paid £4.99 for tracked 24 hour royal mail delivery. Ordered Thursday night and then told will not arrive until Tuesday. Customer service send generic replies and don't address the issue.

I thought the website seemed a bit dodgy when using it. It seems it's not a UK website as it asks for zip codes and states. Payment page didn't feel secure either - had to manually input all card details. Postage choices are explained in a purposefully vague and confusing manner to encourage you to pay for the highest amount. What happened to royal mail first class?

X edit as the card ended up coming on the day I needed it despite the tracking information showing otherwise. The card was nice but definitely would not use this company again.

Also.. reply from company below states no email from me but there were several. Have now replied again to someone asking me to amend this review (which I have now done). No offer to address or reconcile this issue was given
