Fast, professional, high quality!
I've ordered quite a few items from this website online and in-store and I honestly have zero complaints. The delivery was next day, the products are high quality and the pricing I would say is decent.
Staff were very friendly and happy to help me with picking some of their CBD selection.
My only small complaint would probably be the search feature on the website which has to be specific in order to find a certain product, I think that can be improved a bit. I've also noticed that some items in store were not listed on the Website (some of the CBD gummies) either that or the search feature wasn't working well for me to find it.

Ignored my email and wouldn't provide refund.
Product wasn't in stock, they ignored my email for a refund and simply waited until it was in stock, sent it and then sent and email saying "sorry, we didn't see your email."
Company priorities profits and doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction.
