Do not deal with this company. If you have any problem they will be sure to blame you. Wrote to them to express that I was having problems with my deliveries. Was told i was complaining about my orders being late (which i wasnt). Was met with details of my orders being shown on social media. Was a loyal customer but sadly no more

Hi Ryan. You posted on Facebook that your last 4 orders were late reaching you and our delivery service was terrible. We did not post your order detail we posted your order tracking details which did not include your personal info or what you orderd. We did this to show 4 of your last 5 orders were deliverd next day and not late as you posted. The reasson I replied to your post on fb was simply to defend my business and the team that work extremely hard to help customers like yourself.
I've reached out to personally with my email and my contact info to discus this but you have not responded. Yet you will happily post untrue statements on fb and trustpilot. I wish you well but we will not be handling any more orders from you.

I like the fact that the website is very user friendly, however the delivery times vary too much, I've previously ordered on a Thursday and my delivery came the next day, then I have ordered on a Thursday and havnt even received any update on my parcel.
Overall the service is good, but I think you guys can shorten the delivery period

It was more the product than to…
It was more the product than to service. The candies gave me terrible anxiety the following day. Tried several times and it was reoccurring. After two days not taking one the anxiety is still looking so hopefully will subside soon.
