Very helpful and professional in uncertain times

I required a PCR Test urgently and could not find anyone in Edinburgh where I live, who could guarantee a 24 hour turnaround. I did not want to administer the test myself since I could not guarantee a self test would work.

This company was efficient, helpful and informative. I drove from Edinburgh to Manchester, en route to France. Their offices are just 10 minutes off the motorway which is very convenient. The test was conducted by a qualified pharmacist which is reassuring.

24 hours after I received the test results and certificate by e mail. I was then able to travel to France.

Excellent service from The Chemist Live, thorough and painless pcr test done with courtesy and care, very obliging and easy going when holiday plans change, great idea to pay £10 deposit and the rest upon testing so you don't have to worry about losing the full amount if your holiday is cancelled. Results came back in 30 hours as promised i highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Punctual appointment for covid test and results back next day. Very efficient and price was competitive.

I needed an RT-PCR Covid-19 test within 72 hours for foreign travel, and The Chemist Live in-clinic service provided me with the lab report within 22 hours. The report has RT-PCR on it, unlike those provided by some labs. As such the report was perfect for travel to a country where all details have to be perfect or the air carrier might refuse to take you.
