I spoke to a lady in the shop , over the phone, because i wasn’t totally sure of the sizing of the sandals. She was so knowledgeable and really helpful, i ordered a uk6 which turned out to be just right. The quality is very good, they are so comfortable, i had the saltwater Boardwalk in Cobalt blue, i absolutely love them. They came really swiftly and were packaged well, i would definitely recommend them.

Paid for 24 hour delivery but 48 hours…
Paid for 24 hour delivery but 48 hours have passed and shoes are yet to arrive. Website did not make it clear that weekends are not included in the 24 hour delivery service. I couldn’t drive to get some shoes as my car is currently at the garage being fixed - I was pleased to see the shop did an express delivery service but feel very let down the shoes haven’t arrived so that my daughter could wear them to school today.
EDIT I have been refunded £2 for postage but this is not very helpful considering nearly 72 hours have passed and I still don’t have the shoes! 😡

We are sorry that you feel we have let you down, our delivery policy is stated clearly on our website and it says we aim to process all orders within 1 day Monday to Friday. Your order has been dispatched today on a 24hrs basis and we have earlier today refunded the difference in postage rates between 24hrs and 48hrs.
