Refills.
I bought bubble bath and washing up liquid refills. Products are OK, nothing special but I buy them to be more environmentally friendly. They do the job. I can take in my own bottles.
It is not always clear whether we can fill up ourselves or if a member of staff has to do it. More clarity and confidence from some staff members would be good and also knowledge of the products. Sometimes staff do not always know much about what they are selling.
I would like to be able to buy tea and some other food products but as I am Coeliac and everything quite clearly states it may be contaminated then I am unable to and this is not a choice but a medical diagnosis options are limited.
