Arrived finally after latest strike by RM
Arrived finally, this last weekend, in spite of RM strikes.
It's as expected, needed soaking in water for a while to rehydrate, works fine then in soups and stews. perfect for days when I can't get to the market and I've run out of frozen veg.

Staff were very helpful and friendly
Staff were very helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. My only negative was that when I checked my receipt, I thought that the wild rice was a bit on the expensive side compared to organic wild rice that I could buy elsewhere. However I thought that everything else was good value as well as being organic, and the citrus (refill) hand wash was lovely. Will definitely visit again.

I'm happy to have found this site as it enables me to buy loose products. I can choose how much I want, it's packaged in a sustainable way and no plastic. The products I have bought have been really good and reasonably priced. My only gripe is it's so popular you cannot always get stuff as it's sold out.

Very happy with my dustpan and brush
Very happy with my dustpan and brush. Not only is it very effective (both brush and the line of the dustpan), it is also a beautiful object of pleasure to use. I love the magnetic action that keeps the brush and pan together. It arrived in good time and sustainably packaged.
