My New Fevorite Slides! I absolutely love my Cloud Slides! They really are as comfortable and soft as everyone says. I was honestly surprised by how fast the delivery was. My feet are so happy in these. Definitely worth it!

Terrible Experience with Cloud Slides

I ordered 3 pairs of Cloud Slides in U.S. size 7.5, but the pair they sent was huge — much larger than what I ordered. I reached out to customer service multiple times, sent photos, and explained the sizing issue clearly. They refused to send the correct size or offer a refund, even though it was their error. They then tried to say I can return them for 50% credit after stealing from me!!

The sizing chart is inaccurate, the service is completely unhelpful, and they take no responsibility for their mistakes. I now have shoes I can’t wear and a company that won’t do anything to fix it.

Save your money — don’t order from Cloud Slides. They have poor customer support and don’t honor their return policy.
Update 3/12/26 : I had to get the credit card/bank involved and they also ruled in my favor. This place is a scam and they keep asking to get my review removed
