The Cloud Slides are terrible cheap plastic quality, my feet sweat and they can only be worn for a short time.
If looking for a podiatrist recommended slide, don’t go with these.
The service is terrible, I emailed them 3 times to ask for a receipt only to receive an automated message, and radio silence.
Definitely would not recommend these slides.

I was going to order but when I saw there was no phone number attached to 2 different London addresses I remembered from a few years back when I ordered from a company who said they were London based but had no phone number. I never received the goods and I never got my money back. This company has no UK number in fact no phone number at all.

Disgusting service. Terrible. Would not recommend. Thought it was a robot not a human. Will never use again.
I asked for a refund. They said I could have 75% off an additional pair. I asked for a refund again and reminded them it is their policy to offer a refund within 30 days of purchase. They said I could have another pair free.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The slides were too small and not what I expected - mediocre quality at best, and too bulky. I have had multiple email exchanges with “Miley” from customer service, who has tried every trick in the book to get me to order another pair, which I DO NOT WANT, no matter what the discount. I have asked repeatedly for the address to return them for a refund, but there has been no answer other than more entreaties to order another pair. I understand I will have to pay shipping; but I only have 30 days to return them for a refund, and in my last message to them, I stated bluntly that if they stall long enough that I miss the return window, it will be in my review. At this point I know I’ll never see my refund, but I have the meager satisfaction that hopefully people will see reviews like this one (look around - there are many of them) and save themselves the hassle and waste of money. Two thumbs down.

Wish I could give these 0 stars. These are the cheapest, most uncomfortable slides Ive ever worn. No way are these orthopedic. I contacted them to get a refund and they just keep trying to get me to buy more of their garbage at discounted prices instead of giving me a refund. This company and their "orthopedic" slides are just a scam and they wont actually give you a refund

I bought the Cushion Slides with Fur as a treat, and wow...they're cool! The furry lining feels like a gentle hug for my feet. I wear them around the house, and they instantly lift my mood. They look cute, but don't sacrifice comfort. Thank you, The Slides!

The Cloud Slides company is the worst I've ever dealt with. I would give them negative stars if I could. I ordered 3 prs of Cloud Slides and never received them. I went back and forth with Customer Service who just kept telling me that the delivery complany says they were delivered. But they had no proof of delivery i.e. photo of the package at my door. I have Ring doorbell video showing that they were never delivered. I went back and forth with Customer Finally they said they would replace for a fee of $9.95 even tho I had shipping insurance against "theft, loss or damage". I asked for a refund, I'm not paying more $. They never replied to several emails requesting a refund. They ghosted me and I never received a refund. I'm out $82.88. This company just doesn't care.

Only buy from trusted stores. Purchasing from the clouslides website will leave you unsatisfied. Mine were too small and I was told I could give them to a friend and get 50% off another pair. But the 30 day refund was a lie. I was not able to exchange or return. Unless of course, you are happy to keep buying more until you have the pair you're happy with. Then by all means!

I ordered these slides last night, was told I would get free shipping with 3 pair. When my order was confirmed this morning, there was a $3 charge for “order expediting”, another $2 charge for “order insurance”, and $6 shipping. I immediately requested to cancel the order cuz it’s just too shifty. No response yet.

I should have reviewed the Cloud Slides company on Trustpilot and Reddit.

I ordered 2 sizes to be able to return one of them as I was unsure of their sizing. I spent over $180 on 6 pairs of slides. None of them fit. They are of really poor quality.

I wrote an email to their support and asked for return and refund instructions. Their bot keeps offering me discounts. I just received an email offering me 50% refund. I want full refund if I'm willing to ship the shoes.

Also it the merchandise took 3 weeks to arrive.

Do not buy from them. Other name brands are better quality and better service. I learned my lesson the expensive way.

I ordered three pair of Cloud Slides. Two with the soft lining and one pair of shark slides. I received them on July 5, 2025. The lining when I put them on were sewer only at the edges, leaving it loose inside so when you removed your food the lining still the way out kind of like and inside out sick because it was not affixed. On July 8,2025 the lining seam ripped (about a 2 inch tear) away from the shoe because of this. The other pair with the lining I don't even want to try because the lining is not affixed and will most likely do the same. I tried to leave a revie with pictures on the Cloud Slide site and they removed the review. They don't want anyone to see the crap job they do in putting them together. My daughter was preparing to purchase 4 pair of these until yesterday when she saw mine. She was like that's BS! Glad she didn't purchase before I showed her what happened! Will never purchase again!!

I ordered 3 pairs of their cloud slides. When received, they were too big. I contacted them for a smaller size and an even exchange. I was willing to pay for return shipping. They would not do this. They wanted me to “gift” the shoes and buy more pairs. I told them no. They insist that I could buy additional pairs for 16.95. This is ONLY true if you buy multiple pairs. They stated returning each pair would be $10-15, even though there is a local Gardena, CA address on the package I received. They want to subtract the shipping cost from my refund even though I received free shipping since my order was over $60. This is a horrible company.

Arrived and were too small.

Offered a partial refund only.

Just buy them off ali express and save yourself 90% of the cost.
