Order not delivered after 7 weeks and every email, Facebook message and Instagram message entirely ignored.
Edit; they only responded due to this review, replying here first before finally replying to my previously ignored emails and now they want their rating increased here just because they finally replied. Apparently they’ve resent a package. I would never order from this shop again and wouldn’t trust their positive reviews here as clearly they pressure customers for them, appallingly bad customer service.
Edit 2; this pressurisation is actually stunning. I did not ask for a gift nor does it repair their terrible customer service; ignoring customers unless they review them where they can’t delete it... I’m more than happy to return whatever you’ve sent “free” as I don’t want it and didn’t ask for it but I haven’t yet received the package, so no I have not accepted the “free gift”. And attempting to buy positive reviews with “free gifts” is disgraceful. Please stop pressuring people to fix their honest reviews of your terrible customer service.
Update 3: calling a customer aggressive for writing an honest review and asking you to stop pressuring people to change their reviews is the real aggressive behaviour and it’s gaslighting. Perhaps spend your time actually responding to your customers in the first place, you ignored several emails, Facebook messages/comments and Instagram messages and comments across several weeks until I wrote this review. That is not a one off mistake, that is terrible customer service. Do not reply to me again, your company looks worse with every manipulative public response. Stop now.
