I placed an order a week ago and still did not get any order confirmation or update. But the money has been taken from my account.
I have emailed the company 3 times asking for my order but no response.
There is no phone number you can call them.
Very very bad customer serivce and still do not know what is going on.

They do not reply to contacts through multiple channels. The UK phone number is also invalid - super dodgy!
I just want to know where my order is as it have received nothing since the order was processed a week ago. Feels like I've been scammed and an atrocious way to run a business. order 231228124621. Plus why do I, as the paying customer, have to do all the leg work and chase YOU, the service provider, for an answer? The only thing that ever spurs you guys into action is 1 star reviews or the threat of chargebacks and police reports, you are a joke of a business.

If i could give you 0 stars i would!!! ITS A SCAM PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER!!! Luckily i contacted my bank and got my money back and i will report them with police in UK for fraud !! They contacted me ams asked to remove my rating aa it effects their selling or stealing money shouls i say ofcourse i refused. Been told my item been sent when asked for tracking they didn't even know what to say. Telling me sob stories how hard they work that they have kids as if i don't have them but i dont steal other people's money!!!

I am very satisfied with the products - they are highly effective! They also surprised me with a nice discount! I love Booster 2 for cellulite! I've been using it for a month and I will continue using it until 100 % removal of my cellulite. The girls who work there are amazing! I have updated this review. Originally I had no update about the order for a few days. Once I did, the lady I was emailing was very polite and helpful. I did receive the order as she advised. However, the reason I’m giving this 3 stars is because I had a discount code which they haven’t applied yet or responded to me about and I’ve only had the product a few days. Will update again once I have a response

Terrible company, they blatantly state on their website that they will REFUND your order if the product doesn't work within 21 days, but then when you ask for a refund they say they will only refund you if you return the products unused!!! It didn't work for me and all they are willing to offer me is a free product. What is the point in that? Does making something free suddenly improve it's efficiency?? Whether their products work for some or not doesn't change the fact that they are breaking the law and scamming people out of money. I'm now going through my bank to try to get back the £100 I spent on useless products!

In response to their comment below, they constantly ignore the fact that their website clearly mentions you will get your money back if you don't see results, which insinuates you get to actually USE the products, but then state their money back guarantee only applies to unused products. This is laughable. They don't know what a money back guarantee is and are clearly misselling their products. Plus, they have stopped responding to my emails.

I bought a product for stretch marks for my girlfriend and the results are really visible in just couple of weeks. Recommended!

I have added a second star just for the communication and the proposed solution. I am still frustrated that I have not received my parcel regardless of the reasons.

INITIAL POST
I made an order on the 18/11/2023. To this day I have not received my items, let alone shipping update. On the website it says the delivery is made within 1-3days.
I have requested updates using the support emails provided. No response. The UK number provided for queries doesn't go through.

I do not want to believe this is a scam however with this experience so far, I'm inclined to thinks so.

The products are really the best on the market and the delivery is not longer than 3 days

Initialy i would like to share my truly appreciations to the entire staff for the fast contribution. Few months ago i tried Booster 1 in order to prepare myslef for the upcoming summer. SCAM!!!
THIS IS MY 4TH REVIEW FOR AN ORDER I PAID ON THE 6TH OF JULY AND HAVE NO IDEA WHERE IT IS. I RECEIVED AN AWB CREATED 12 DAYS AGO ONLY BECAUSE I WROTE ON TRUST PILOT, SHOWS THE ORDER WAS NOT PICKED UP YET. AFTER EVERY REVIEW THEY REPLY THAT ORDER IS ON IT'S WAY, BUT THIS IS ANOTHER LIE. DO NOT ORDER, IT'S A SCAM!!!! I ASKED FOR A REFUND, BUT OF COURSE NOBODY REPLIES! SCAM!

I placed an order on 4/08 they say the order will be processed in 1 day and delivered in 1 - 3 days, well its the 10th and still no email saying my item has shipped. I have emailed them and filled in the contact form with no response and the cheek of it is that I received an email trying to get me to review the products today, how can I review it when I haven't received anything, I have to wait a few days for a response but then I will be requesting a refund from my bank as this seems like a scam

Edit: 12/08/23 - I sent my order number and email address as requested by Merian, I'm still waiting for any response from the customer service team.

I ordered through jorjeia which is linked to The Confidence Shop as both companies come under New Occult Ltd (from reading ther terms and conditions) and I received an informal email from The Confidence Shop about my order soon to arrive.
It came yesterday, however the box was damaged, and only 2 items were inside, I'd ordered the 5 in 1 bundle. 1 of the items wasn't even one of the bottles I should have received.

I've contacted both jorjeia and The Confidence Shop on Instagram, no response. And via email, sharing photos, so far no response.

Where is the customer service? I see no way of contacting apart from email, which I've had zero replies.

I would avoid this group which is a shame, as the products work (I'd ordered from them before so this is surprising).

Merian, the girl that works in this company is absolutely fabulous! she helped me choosing the right product for me and being exceptionally helpful with all my queries and needs! 100% recommended!

Used the products as adviced twice a day for 3 weeks (bootles were empty then) and had absolute zero effects. As the website says, you get your money back in that case, I asked for a refund. They refused and offered to send me one more product without payment. I don't want more useless products, but there's no way I get my money back. I'll report to "Verbraucherschutz" and let you know how it went. STAY AWAY. IT'S A SCAM. PRODUCTS DON'T DO ANYTHING AT ALL other than robbing your bank account.

I had some doubts whether I should buy from here or not, following the reviews. However I gave it a shot and I was amazed by the quick delivery and the useful support.
