Order not fulfilled, voucher not accepted & free bundle not included in delivery. Spoke to employee who reimbursed missed items but did not send coupon for discount or the free bundle so pretty poor service on the whole.

Fresh tasty fish
I needed some advice, my call was answered promptly and I was given helpful and friendly answers.
The delivery was well packed and speedily delivered by DPD the next day for free.
The fish was really fresh and delicious.

It’s now Sunday, and I’m still waiting for my delivery very hungry was meant to be delivered on Friday and got delivered to the wrong address was told it would be redirected. Still waiting Friday evening dinner was ruined and had to get takeaway

We are so sorry that DPD have let us down Mr Craven and for the difficult position this left you in.
We were aware that DPD delivered to an incorrect address on Friday afternoon and did everything we possibly could at our end to ensure this was rectified by DPD as soon as possible. Unfortunately DPD failed to do this. As per our conversation on Friday and this morning, we processed a full refund back to your card on Friday afternoon.

Mixed bag
Enjoyed the lobster and the prawns and mussels. Oysters were excellent. Will use the clams in a pasta dish. Disappointed to receive loads of spider crab legs in place of crab or crab claws. They really don’t give up their meat very willingly. The pouches were a nice touch but the labels are confusing. It was all defrosted when arrived but some of the items said suitable for freezing and it may not be obvious they have already been frozen. Also the expiry dates on the pouches presumably relate to if still frozen but this is not clear.

Great food, delivered on time and at a great price! Out of 3kgs of mussels we had only 3 that were unresponsive and had to be discarded. Really very tasty, highly recommended.
