Amazing!
The crab was so fresh and amazing. Service from start to finish was easy! We couldn't get to Cornwall this year, so decided to bring Cornwall to us. We were not dissappointed!

A mixed experience so far
We've been struggling to buy good fresh fish so thought TCF sounded good. This has been a mixed experience. Our 1st meal was dressed crab, good flavour but almost all brown meat with a small sprinkling of white. Next was lemon sole and bream fried. Sole good but bream tasted a bit old. Rest of our order we froze immediately. Defrosted the haddock which smelled slightly of ammonia. Tasted ok with sauce but doubts about its freshness. Hake and fish pie mix to go. Unsure if I'll order again. Expectations not met.

Unfortunately DPD failed to deliver to the correct house and therefore never received the product. The photo DPD provided as proof of delivery was not my front door. Who knows where the delivery ended up.

A great all round service
Easy to use the website, and informative. Delivery is in a well packaged and insulated box with plenty of cool packs, that are reusable and recyclable. Had two orders delivered now and will definitely use the Cornish Fish Monger in the future.

Overall a great experience, but would stick to crab/ more robust fish and seafood in future.
We ordered a Large crab and a Medium crab and it was fantastic, I would definitely order the crabs again. However the Clams were less successful, a third we had to discard, I don't think they could cope with the journey/transportation on a hot summer's day (I think it didn't help that DPD didn't knock on the door, so although we were at home, we didn't realise the delivery had been made for about an hour. Overall, though a great service, but I would stick to the more robust fish/seafood for delivery. Thank you.

Very poor service
Very poor service. The order was packed so poorly that £30 of large prawns "supplied frozen" were completely defrosted and swimming in water on arrival, while a £52.50 fish was completely missing! Nothing for a dinner party tomorrow. Will have to go elsewhere.
