Great. Delivered in a beautiful box to keep them frozen, carefully packed with ice and polystyrene packing. Taste perfect! Absolutely lovely.

I had my first one this evening (Sunday) and it was really tasty and packed full of meat and vegetables and it was really tasty

The Westcountry pasties and sausage rolls were lovely and the cream tea went down well with the cream 😋 xx

Same excellent service from ordering to delivery. Well done Cornish Oven , normally order 6x Flacky steak pasties this time 12. So So gooood.

We get the large vegetable ones. So big they take an hour in the oven. Worth the wait. Delicious.

Third order and second from St Agnes Bakery. Bought for my son who is very happy with the pasties. They were absolutely full of filling with plenty of meat and really delicious. Packaging and delivery also excellent. Thank you we will be repeating the order in the not too distant future.

Ordered 6 shortcrust traditional from prima bakeries and 6 from Portreath bakery .Arrived well packed and still frozen on my chosen delivery day.Pasties are nice and tasty,with plenty of filling,not to keen on the beef in them as it was a bit on the tough side for my taste,I would have liked the meat more if it was in smaller chunks,but that is only my preference,will order again and try a different brand,thanks.

Being a Redruth man living in Lincolnshire i grew up on berrymans pasties and to be able to order them through the cornish pasty store is a blessing for me . I highly recommend the quality service in the delivery and of course the pasties which never last long as my children come round the day of delivery

I recently made an order of 12 steak and ale pasties from this company and cooked the first 2 tonight. To say I’m disappointed is no exaggeration. The pastry is so thin and falls apart, the filling is nothing special at all, I have bought much cheaper ones than these and enjoyed them far more. We were both so disappointed. I spent over £42.00 on this order and really wish I hadn’t. I’m a pensioner who really can’t afford to throw food away but as I obviously can’t return them I don’t have much choice. I wouldn’t recommend buying these at all.

Very easy website, plenty choices at great prices, bought the standard pasty’s for my husband and he really enjoyed them will definitely be ordering them again

Easy ordering and delivered on the requested day. Pasties and sausage rolls arrived well packaged and still frozen (even the ice packs). Easy cooking instructions came with them. Didn't really need the paper bags so would prefer to be able to choose to not have them (seems a waste of paper). Pasties themselves are an absolute treat! Totally delicious in every way!! I will definitely, definitely be ordering more when our current stash runs out! Haven't tried the sausage rolls yet but they looked packed with meat and we can't wait to try them.

We ordered some pasty`s for a treat with a cream tea it was very easy to order and came on the day I asked for and they were delicious nice flaky pastry and the cream tea finished it off a treat

Ordered the Valentines pasty and scone gift for my husband .
Ordering was simple, I paid for exact delivery day/time the parcel arrived within the stated time.
My husband was very happy when his valentines lunch arrived and said everything in the box looked lovely.
Only 2 minor complaints the box was battered but contents fine and tracking didn't work so I had no idea if parcel had been shipped or delivered. I did email customer service who responded and checked the tracking for me .
Wouldn't give less stars for these problems as I feel this is more DPDs problem.
Will definitely buy again

Ordered pasties and got a free cream
tea hamper.
Order arrived well packaged and on time as per the tracking info. Would have been 5 star if the customer services response to my query had been answered with an element of politeness instead of the harsh snappy abrupt tone the email had. Thankfully Id already ordered otherwise I might not have bothered.
Not tried pasties yet but the hamper looks nice and as the image on website.
Just a shame the stroppy tone from customer services let the side down.

For attention of company-4 stars was mean, Order was shipped and well packaged. Value for money and from favourite place. Initially struggled to order and the ‘help’ response was just a bit “short and sweet” - on reflection it probably wasnt meant as abruptly as it sounded and thankfully by then id placed my order and all was good. Got the cream
tea hamper also which was presented exactly as picture. Will change to 5* if I can.

I am sure that the pasties are great….if they arrive.
I ordered two packs of sausage rolls on 16th December.
My bank account was debited the cost on 17th. Come the 18th. I awaited with bated breath. Alas no sign of my rolls. Tried to track the order with the courier…they say they have no trace off my order!!! This is when the pasty store let themselves down with avengence. Sent an email…..no reply.
Tried their ‘live chat’ ……busy, will ring me back. They didn’t. Tried their company telephone number….busy will ring back……they didn’t.
It is now 21st December and I am now £45 down in my bank and no sausage rolls for Christmas. Not a happy bunny.

Not a Cornish pasty, dry hardly any discernible meat no swede or turnip, tasteless apart from the chemicals You are better off with an Iceland steak bake. Engulfed by thick inedible pastry. It was a terrible waste of money. The scones thin.

The Cornish pasty store,I ordered my pasties on Wednesday,. Came today,all ice packed and with cooking instructions,im well chuffed,they’re in the freezer and I can’t wait to cook one for my pack up for Monday,I’ll be using these again,proper job,

I ordered a Healeys Cornish Cider Hamper as a birthday present for my son. On their website it shows it displayed in a carton hamper. What I received was just a sectioned cardboard box delivery box. I contacted customer service and they apologised and sent another hamper the next day. I couldn't believe it when I got the same again. Once again I contacted customer service and once again they apologised and said they would send another the next day. The next day it arrived and this was a larger box so I thought I was actually getting the hamper it shows on their website. But on opening the box it had packaging with the same sectioned cardboard box inside. The picture is what I was expecting to receive.

Couldn’t wait to try my Prima flakey pasties once they arrived. I was not disappointed they were delicious —brought back memories of holidays in Cornwall munching real pasties . You can’t beat them . I will definitely buy again. Thank you for sharing these lovely treats with everyone
