I recently ordered a LED affirmation mirror from Crafty Bonobo and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The items are absolutely brilliant, beautifully made, high quality, and clearly crafted with care and attention to detail.
The customer service was amazing from start to finish. Any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully, which made the whole process really smooth and enjoyable.

This was incredibly quick delivery of a customised item, and what was delivered is superb!
I had a query about installation (my own misunderstanding) and had a reply within the hour. I have no hesitation in recommending this company the product and the Customer Service for me were perfect.

Never received my order which was promised by valentines day. Its now March 22nd.. no sign & no response from my emails.

Item ordered on the 8th, within their stated shipping times for Mothers Day.

I emailed during the week to be informed that they are running a day behind but it will still be with me. Two further emails have been ignored

It’s now late Friday night and the item has still not been shipped and therefore ruined my children’s intended gift for their mum

ordered a cheese board a( gift) paid for express delivery £9.99that was 19th February ,sent email on 23rd no reply sent another email on 24th .today they sent email to say theyve refunded me my money no explanation why .will let my friends know not to rely on this company

I bought a personalised name light for my partner for Christmas and he absolutely loves it! Really well made and no sharp edges and great quality. The customer service is also amazing, we had an issue with it being delivered broken due to Royal Mail and they sent a free replacement in more secure wrapping within 2 days and I had it in time for Xmas. Couldn’t fault them and will be returning!

Ordered for the first time. Excellent service and item received quickly. We ordered a house number sign, which has now been placed on our outside wall. Very pleased with the sign and we are hoping it will stop delivery drivers taking our orders to wrong house which happens all the time.

we received an item as a christmas gift from my mam, we loved the sign but the LED lights where broken. we sent a very polite message only to be ignored multiple times. my mam has also emailed and she has been ignored too!
DO NOT ORDER!!!

The sign is brilliant. Exactly as I imagined it would be and now has pride of place on my wife's greenhouse. The price and delivery were the best I had found abd the quality superb.

Ordered a plaque for Xmas present. Did not recieve. When I messaged I was told they had issued a refund as they couldn't do it. Upon seeing reviews it would appear this is a frequent thing with the company, take your money and not send item. I would be cautious about ordering as there are plenty of other companies that do same products with excellent reviews.

I received a present from this company for my birthday and loved it so much we bought my grandsons a light for Christmas. The remote didn’t work. We messaged the seller and not only did they replace the lights with the remote but a full unit, Excellent customer service. We were really happy with their quick response and replacement in time for Christmas.

Do not order from this website. I wish i read the reviews. Took my money and not received anything. I will be reporting them to trading standards and try to claim my money back from my bank.
