I ordered three rings end of July on pre-order. Received notification that the shipping info was received by the carrier on September 21st. The items still haven’t been received by the carrier for shipment and zero communication.

I purchased $500 for my first order and was supposed to get jewelry pouches for each piece of jewelry. They were missing - but I did eventually get them.

The invoices I received had 0 information on them for me to use to input the products in my system. I did not have any suggested retail pricing, no cost, nothing. I had to get info from my sales rep.

Also I am having a difficult time finding photos of the items I purchased to use on my website or social media to help sell the products.

I love these necklaces. They seem to be good quality, and they’re both so beautiful. I’ve received compliments every time I wear one!

The packaging was so pretty and it was obvious that thought and appreciation went into the entire process.

The order processing & shipping took a long time, but it’s to be expected with the pandemic and a small business, and they were worth the wait.

I placed an order in december 2021, Order #2044, and am not able to track it beyond "in transit", to this day (Jan 26 2022). Please give advise where along the transit is, I'd love an actualy estimated arrival date. THanks in adance.

This isn't the first time I've ordered from The Crystal Boutique. I love their pieces, they never disappoint. I am a sliver gal and have noticed the silver range has grown loads, much to my enjoyment. The postage is always super fast despite being international. I also love the difference they make to the workers in Bali's lives, particularly during the plandemic.
