I recently purchased a piece from Shyne Jewelers, which my friend absolutely loved. However, the overall experience was quite stressful. I had to follow up multiple times regarding the delivery, as the original shipment date had passed without updates. Communication was slow, which added to my concern. That said, once I was able to connect with the sales team, they reassured me that my piece would arrive —and ultimately, it did.
