I had the local Plymouth EPC Man Brian out to conduct a survey for my property and for some reason my rating had dropped from the previous expired D rating to an E when the only changes to my property since the last survey were that I have had new Windows and doors fitted and LED lighting throughout which are both improvements! When I challenge him about it he replied it was due to my combi boiler, which didn't make sense as it was the same with no change since previously rated D survey! If your rating are important to you, do not use the EPC Man!

Olly was excellent. Explained what he would be doing during the inspection and was very efficient. He is also a lovely young man and it was a pleasure to meet him. Highly recommended.

Dealt with Olly who completed an EPC for our flat. I can honestly say what a fantastic young man who was very efficient, would highly recommend him.

found the EPC man online and dealing with them was simple and efficient. As we don't live at the flat, the most important for us was that Olly was contactable and helpful with information both on the day of visit and afterwards, as we had to source evidence of insulation from the block management company. Certificate e-mailed promptly and good result all round.

John Blackhurst completed our EPC certificate recently. He was extremely professional and supplied the certificate within 24 hours of his visit. He contacted us beforehand and again just before the visit. The visit was efficient and his level of professionalism was to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend.

Definitely someone you can trust. I am having to sell my father’s property. I knew there had an EPC done around 5 years ago, but couldn't find the paperwork. I was ringing to book and get another one done, unaware that there was a government website where EPC are logged. Not only did the gentleman inform me of this he also checked and rang me back to assure me the house had a valid EPC and I didn't need a new one. Not everyone is so honest.

I didn't realise I needed an energy certificate when selling a house. Natalie has been great explaining everything and arranging for Olly to visit the property and I've received the certificate today. I'd happily recommend them to anyone.
