I was impressed how the notification system worked and did notify me that as soon as the items I was interested for were back in stock. Furthermore, the fact that I could keep items in my basket whilst waiting for another to be back in stock was very helpful indeed. Once my order was completed, it was dispatched and arrived in Cyprus in no time at all.

I ordered on June 1st and shipped on June 5th. I never get my order until NOW. I emailed them 2 times. They told me to wait one more week.
NEVER receive my order until NOW (Update July 2nd)

Order was placed on the 18th of June and I paid for royal mail 48hr. I contacted them
by email asking for a refund after 5days of not receiving the item only to be told it could take up to 7 days. it is the 9th day and still no delivery after contacting royal mail I was told they received the package on the Tuesday the 25th on June at 8.18.
One thing I Hate is to be lied to by someone whom thinks everyone outside there world is stupid. After reading through the reviews it look like its a normal code of there business to treat customers like this. I have used them in the past now I will never use them again (LIERS)
update: they send me a email saying the item has been returned to there local Postal sorting office to be returned back to them yesterday the 27th, they had the wrong address but I have been ordering from them from 2021 and the address is exactly the same. today the 28th I received my order. WHAT A LYING BUNCH OF USLESS PEOPLE. they did not post it on the 18th like they said, they posted it on the 25th. that lot need to get there act together and sack the useless liar.

Expert and helpful engineer. Excellent on-line sales. Good advice. But very long waiting time to get a machine serviced.

The pricing on the parts and cost of shipping were great! It was much more economical to buy the parts from TES, than here in the US. The only reason I couldn't give them a 5-star was because it took two weeks to get the parts, and that was using FedEx. Still, I'm very satisfied and will look to TES for any future needs.
