I got exactly what I ordered, very promptly.

Lavazza Blue coffee machine.
My order arrived in good time and was very well packaged. So cannot fault the company’s delivery or packaging services. And they do offer a question, queries service. However, I didn’t use this service and chose the Lavazza Blue machine after some research and online reviews because my other Lavazza Modo Mio machine doesn’t make the coffee with or without the milk hot enough, so I thought a more industrial size machine would be much better. Unfortunately that isn’t the case. I spent £330 for a machine that is similar in style (just a little bigger in capacity) to the Lavazza Desea machine that at the time of my purchase of the Blue was on offer for £99. The one thing I didn’t research well was the Lavazza coffee pods are not compatible with any of the other Lavazza machines, so instead of paying £4 for a box of 16 that I use for my Modo Mio I am now paying £20-30 for 100.
Would I recommend this Company, would I use them again, yes I would.

Very reasonable pricing along with the variety of stock available and the great delivery service

The part I ordered was delivered quickly. Unfortunately the new solenoid already seems to have got stuck just 3-4 weeks after fitting. It is disappointing as the part was £50 odd but we have taken the Gaggia Classic back to the menders to have a further look to see if there is a further fault. Would like more help on the website to get the right parts.

prompt response -prompt postage - & parts on the shelf with choice of genuine OR aftermarket generic spares thus a saving to the customer .
Only issue was the Neon lamp holder is supplied without the lens & not a listed nor stock item - bit naff selling a neon lamp holder with no lens cap -( VBM )
